Would HH66 work for adding D rings and accessories? I would like a professionals advise.

I wouldn't recommend it all. It's not a structural glue Adhesive, personally we never use that stuff here. Mainly used for vinyl repair like rubber pool toys or like materiald, not for PVC or Hypalon. Failure rate is to high. Would recommend Z7096 from Zodiac or Stabond UK-148 for PVC and Z7098 Zodiac for Hypalon.

I know this an old video, however if your still answering questions. What grit are you using on the Dremel and orbital sander?

Using bthe course grit bit on the dremel, and sandpaper for the Orbital is either 120 - 180.

What type of glue or brand are you using

I mainly use the Zodiac brand for glue repair, but if there is a shortage, I'll use Stabond or Weaver 2 part glues.

I have a POS JP Marine rib boat that is completely coming apart. What should I use to completely remove all the glue and what will the best glue to remake the whole thing over.

MEK and lots of patience for cleaning old glue away. Zodiac or Stabond UK-148 for reglueing.

Dremel with ginding stone, MEK and some elbow grease.

Depends on the fabric... Zodiac Z7096 or Stabond UK-148 for PVC or Zodiac Z7098 for Hypalon
