Can someone help me do this math? If women are going to be a minority in paradise, and yet 1 man will get 72 women in paradise, how does this add up? 😂 😂 😂
The actual answer, according to Islamic tradition: The houri (the women in paradise OP describes) aren't mortal women experiencing the afterlife; they are beings created by Allah and native to Heaven. So the math is fine, even if the result is real gross.
Islam never says women will be minority in paradise. You simply do not understand Islam. It is said that Women will be the majority in hell. But this does not conclude that they wont be majority in Jannah aswell. Acording to our belief Women population will pass Men in the future. And by this logic Women can also be majority in hell and paradise. Also ''72 women'' phrase is in a weak hadith. Men will also get houris which arent mortal women rather beings that created by Allah thats native to Jannah (heaven in Islam)

Although, it's still strict than other girls as I'm not allowed to leave my home at all unless I provide a valid reason. I always stay at home, so I socialised very little. I'm scared of falling in love with a muslim man, as he might not even see my as an equal and treat me properly. I also can't fall in love with someone out of my own religion as it's haram and i dunno how my family might react to it. I'm afraid of my husband in future. I wish I wasn't born as a muslim and was able to choose to do what i want more freely without the constant mental harrassment. I'm afraid of doing anything at all.
Look, I know you’re scared to fall in love with a muslim man. But many people tend to confuse three things, cultural, personal, religious views. Religion doesn’t always reflect somebody’s character, only what they believe. And sometimes people don’t follow what they believe(*cough* muslim men who eat pork). So many muslim men are kind, one that will make you happy for life. They’ll support, they’ll teach, they’ll pray with you, they’ll even spoil you - following the guidelines of hadiths and verses in the Quran. Unlike many fathers out there with their wives who don’t even try do those things I listed. It’s sad to see bad representation of Islam when it matters. We all can argue all day about which religion seems more peaceful. In the end its what you yourself are doing with it, makes the difference. However, remember It’s your choice, it’s you’re alone.
One thing I’ll point out, its about judgement from others . I have a family member who is homosexual. When her family found out… it’s not something you want to remember for your life. She doesn’t actively try to pursue her wants. But she is still judged still to this day. I don’t judge her, she’s a human being, her desires don’t make her lesser than a human being. Then why do these people discriminate her? Its because it’s a human nature. Christian, Athiest, Buddhist, somewhere there, people will judge and discriminate, doesn’t matter if they say it’s religion they’re discriminating but they forget its sin to do that. These people who judge and so on are sinning. It’s all bad representation Im so sorry guys

You’re going to love *which* verses got “eaten”. Essentially. A woman went to Muhammad to inquire about letting her male slave see her uncovered. Muhammad suggested that she breastfeed her adult male slave so that he would become her “mahram”, so basically her adopted son. If she did this, he would technically become her relative and could therefore see her in the house without hijab. Aisha, Muhammad’s wife, got wind of this idea and decided that she would then breastfeed (or have her sister breastfeed) all of the men she wanted to invite into her home without having to trouble herself with wearing hijab.
I might genuinely change into christianity Update: I think I am more of an Agnostic :) I personally believe that the books were created to maintain the civilisation and etc yet I believe there is something very high of power out there that created the beginning
Fun fact; The verse of hijab was not originally revealed by Muhammad, rather his companion. The verse was so good that allah had to agree with the companion 😂
(Read this with empathy and concentration) Dear friend, let me explain it you. In ancient Arabia, women would wear the veil, even before the advent of Islam. However, it wasn't covering the chest, only the head, and even the hair wasn't properly covered. That is because women had to work, so they would cover their head partially and then tie the rest of the cloth behind their back, which would often times expose their chests. Allah commanded the believing women in Islam to *fix* their veil, bring it down to their chest and dress *more* modestly. Women then found a way to wear the hijab, properly covering their hair and the chest, whilst being able to move around freely and perform household chores, like fetching the water form the well in the desert. The word "hijab" is not in the Qur'an. Because Arab women would still wear the veil, but Allah commanded to fix it and cover the outer adornments. The word 'khimar' however, is in the Qur'an, it means 'covering head'. (This is not relevant but do you know why the root of the same word is used for alcohol? Khamr means covering the head and alcohol makes you drunk, so it is known as a Khamr, because it makes you feel dizzy and it gives you a headache. That is also why alcohol or wine is forbidden in Islam, because one doesn't know what he is speaking or doing, when drunk. He could do something dangerous or sinful and not even be aware of it!) Anways, back to the topic, of the revelation of the veil for women. But wait, why did Allah reveal the verse of fixing the hijab for women, *only after* the Companion addressed the Prophet about the same exact matter? Well, ever heard of Asbab-un-Nuzul? It means, *revelation according to circumstances.* If you ever read the Qur'an carefully, you would notice that the Surahs (chapters) revealed in Makkah are different from those revealed in Madinah. Makkan Surahs often were poetic, harsh in tone, short and concise, contained the fundamentals of Islam to introduce the religion to the polytheists (all of Makkah was occupied by polytheists and pagans), and always addressed the people as "O you mankind!", because it was in Makkah where the Qur'an was revealed first, to guide humanity to Islam. However, afterwards, when the Prophet migrated to Madinah with his followers, the Madinian Surahs addressed the people as "O you who Believe!" to set apart the Hypocrites, Jews and Christians in Madinah, fromt he Believers. The Qur'an also addressed the Jews and Christians as "O People of the Book!" In Madinah, there were various religious communities. The Madinian ones were also long, detailed, and contained teachings about Islamic society and lifestyle. *The Qur'anic verses would be revealed (mostly) according to the circumstances or the situation happening around the Prophet*. Surah-al-Kawthar was revealed to console the Prophet after he was ridiculed by the polytheists in makkah for being 'cut off'. So, I hope you understood why Allah revealed the verse of veiling for women through (Angel Jibraeel) only after the Companion addressed the matter. The Qur'an is not only the Holy Book of Islam, it also contains Islamic history, so reading the Qur'an would also make you understand what the Prophet was going through in his life. *The verses of the Qur'an were very relevant to the life of the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.* I hope this was helpful. I am sorry if I overflowed in information, but it may be useful to other people who might read this comment. Please, I encourage you to learn about Islam, I promise, it's not what the media says it is. Islam is much more. It is a religion of rationality and logic, whilst being beautiful and peaceful at the same time. Islam is misunderstood all the time. *There is a deeper meaning behind everything, in this religion!* Please don't judge a religion by a minor group of extremists and don't judge a nation by its government. Good day.
I’m 2.5 minutes into the video and just wanted to point out some small errors of yours. The women in heaven that are mentioned are hoors, not human women. Of course this is still bad because heaven being described as essentially a brothel that contains artificial women creating by Allah is disgusting. Second, Surah 4:34 does not use the word “lightly” in the original Arabic and nothing about the original Arabic suggests that the beating should be light. It just straight up says to beat them. Okay, hope this helps!
Oh, P.S. hope you see this second coment. The Hadith says plenty of terrible things about Muhammad, but at the same time it really isn’t a reliable historical source since it was passed down verbally for generations and then compiled onto paper a minimum of 200 years after Muhammad’s death.
@@gameplayerxjohnstone5995 maybe but the current Islamic community accepts many of them as legit. not that we need Hadiths to show how messed up Islam is.
Fun fact, translators of the Qu'ran love to add context to the text that's not there in the original Arabic. I'm pretty sure that translation that says, "beat them (lightly)," is putting lightly in paranthesis because that's not in the original text. For example, in the Qu'ran it uses the term, "the mother of all cities," which the standard Islamic interpretation says is a title for Mecca. Except it never says explicitly that Mecca is "the mother of all cities," anywhere in the Qu'ran. The word Mecca only appears once in the whole Qu'ran in Sura 48. But translations of the Qu'ran will often translate, "the mother of all cities," as Mecca, or add it into the text (e.g. "the mother of all cities, which is Mecca").
Literally it says, Quran 4.34 strike (ضَرْبَ) your four wives, just as you would strike (ضَرْبَ) at the neck of unbelievers (47.4) So it's probably a GOOD thing the Muslims "fix" their Quran with extra words to clarify what Allah meant

do you read what you say? the first verse is talking about guarding chastity, but thats in relations to intercourse, the following verse even says those who transgress which refers to zina, rape etc. second quotation, same topic as the first, again, slavery is something different in Islam, theres consent, rights, no mistreatment and if mistreatment occurs, that falls under transgression. those people are heavily sinful, fourth, this is getting outrageous now, you are misquoting these verses and u do not read them, nothign is wrong in these verses lol. Again. not rape, do you kuffar fail reading comprehension?
It's important to clarify that interpretations of religious texts, including the Quran, vary widely among scholars and communities. The verses you mentioned are often misconstrued or misinterpreted to imply permission or promotion of rape. Here are arguments against each verse to provide context: Quran 23:6 This verse discusses the concept of chastity and modesty, urging believers to guard their private parts except with their spouses or those whom their right hands possess (slaves). This does not promote rape but rather emphasizes the importance of maintaining chastity and lawful relations within the bounds of marriage or lawful ownership. Quran 70:30 This verse mentions those who guard their private parts except with their spouses or whom their right hands possess, which is similar to the previous verse in emphasizing lawful sexual relations and maintaining chastity. It does not condone or promote rape but rather sets guidelines for sexual conduct within Islamic law. Quran 4:24 This verse regulates the practice of marriage and sexual relations during wartime. It permits Muslim men to marry women who are captives of war after ensuring their consent and proper treatment. It does not promote rape but rather establishes rules to protect the rights of women in such circumstances, emphasizing the importance of mutual consent even in marriage. Quran 33:50 This verse addresses the permissibility of marriage for the Prophet Muhammad without the usual waiting period after divorce or the death of his wives. It does not promote rape but rather provides a specific ruling applicable to the Prophet, which does not extend to ordinary believers. Quran 33:52 This verse discusses the conduct and privileges of the Prophet Muhammad compared to other believers. It does not promote rape but rather highlights the unique role and responsibilities of the Prophet within the Islamic community. In each case, it's crucial to understand these verses within their historical, cultural, and legal contexts. They do not condone or promote rape as understood in modern ethical and legal frameworks but rather regulate specific aspects of sexual conduct within the parameters of Islamic law and morality. Interpretations that suggest otherwise often stem from misunderstandings or deliberate misrepresentations of the Quranic teachings. Deuteronomy 7:1-2: "When the Lord your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations... you must destroy them totally. Make no treaty with them, and show them no mercy." Leviticus 20:13: "If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads." Psalm 137:9: "Happy is the one who seizes your infants and dashes them against the rocks." Joshua 6:21: "They devoted the city to the Lord and destroyed with the sword every living thing in it-men and women, young and old, cattle, sheep and donkeys." New Testament: Matthew 10:34-36: "Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law-a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household." Revelation 2:20-23: "Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants into sexual immorality and the eating of food sacrificed to idols... I will strike her children dead." Romans 1:26-27: "Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another." 1 Timothy 2:12: "I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet."

If you don't know proper Arabic then why are you making such a claim?? The word for ‘beat’ or ‘strike’ used in the Ayah is ٱضْرِبُوهُنَّ (ʾiẋribūhunna), from ضَرْب (ẋarb). This word has dozens of meanings and connotations based on the context. ẋarb al-mathal (ضَرْب الْمَثَل) means “to create a parable”. Quran 2:26: “Indeed Allah is not timid to draw a parable whether it is that of a gnat or something above it.” (إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَسْتَحْىِۦٓ أَن يَضْرِبَ مَثَلًا مَّا بَعُوضَةًۭ فَمَا فَوْقَهَا) ẋarb means “to travel”. Quran 2:273: “[Charity is] for the poor who have been restricted for the cause of Allah, unable to travel in the land.” (لِلْفُقَرَآءِ ٱلَّذِينَ أُحْصِرُوا۟ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ ضَرْبًا فِي ٱلْأَرْضِ) ẋarb means “to cover”. Quran 24:31: “and let them draw their scarves over themselves.” (وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّ) So before you want to make serious allegations about what aggressive words have been said, you should probably go learn that language first. As for the meaning of ẋarb in Surah an-Nisa (4):34: وَٱلَّٰتِى تَخَافُونَ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوهُنَّ وَٱهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي ٱلمَضَاجِعِ وَٱضْرِبُوهُنَّ “As for those [wives] whose misconduct you fear, advise them, and keep away from them in the bed, and beat them.” The meaning of ẋarb is “to rebuke”. الطبرسي، في معنى الهجر: روي عن رسول الله (ص)، قال: «يول ظهره إليها» وفي معنى الضرب: روي عن رسول الله (ص): «أنه الضرب بالسواك». Al-Tabarsy, regarding the Meaning of “and forsake them [4:34]” - It has been reported from the Messenger of Allah (sa) having said: ‘He turns his back to her’; and regarding the Meaning of “and strike them [4:34]” - It has been reported from Messenger of Allah (sa) having said: ‘It is the beating with the toothbrush (symbolically)’. This was reported 1400 years ago, before anti-Islamic Western propaganda started.
Muhammed was the first feminist. He made sure Aisha always had a purpose as a woman in life. To be the one to wash and scrape semen off of his clothing. Sahih al-Bukhari 230, Sahih Muslim 289, Sunan Ibn Majah 537
She missed a spot ... or 2 Sahih al-Bukhari 229 Narrated `Aisha: I used to wash the traces of Janaba (semen) 💦 from the clothes of the Prophet (ﷺ) and he used to go for prayers 🛐 while traces of water were still on it (water spots were still visible).
Who can tell us better than Aisha? Sahih al-Bukhari 519 Narrated `Aisha: It is not good that you people have made us (women) equal to dogs and donkeys. 🧕🟰🐶🐴 Sahih Muslim 512 e Al-Aswad reported that 'A'isha said: You have made us equal to the dogs 🧕🟰🐕🦺🐕🐩 Sahih Muslim 512 c 'Urwa b. Zubair reported: 'A'isha asked: What disrupts the prayer? We said: The woman and the 🐴. Upon this she remarked: *Is the woman an ugly animal?* 🧕🟰🐴
if you just read the rest of the ahadith, it would totally refute your stupid claims. Aisha is literally debunking the idea that believers had that women would cut the prayer, saying that they have equated women to dogs in that regard. She goes on to explain that she used to lay in front of the prophet as he would pray, and it was no problem. In the last hadith you quoted, she is scolding them by asking them if the women is an ugly animal, because she knows that women do not cut the prayer, as she used to lay down in front of the prophet as he would pray. But I get it. You have to lie to elevate your false faith. With or without lies, christianity still dies.

I really really don't like Islam, but citing Hadith and calling it the Quran, shows a very surface level understanding and critique of the religion that comes off as childish. If we want to start public discussion against Islam, misrepresenting and misunderstanding the composition of the religion is only hurting the cause and making us seem dishonest, not helping.
Sahih Al-Bukhari is just a book made of hundreds of "sayings," and not all are true. You don't need to believe in hadiths to be a Muslim. Hadiths are rarely right. They are also ranked from less authentic to more authentic. This hadith (saying) in particular is ranked as "mu'alaqa" meaning there are no proofs to back it up. I don't believe it's true. If you want to discuss Islam, it's important to know that "sayings" can't be used as facts. I am very disappointed because it's clear he didn't search enough to even know its rank or to even know there were ranks in the first place. As soon as he saw something worth criticizing, he started editing the video and making it and uploading it without further research.
That isn't really the point, whether it's actually Quran canon or not. He's citing it because, according to the Oxford Handbook of Islamic Theology and other pieces that record the popular Islamic belief system, such as the Pew Research Centre's reports on religious practices and beliefs within Islam, the Hadith has widespread acceptance and belief as core Islamic doctrine in the vast majority of Muslim communities.
@@limeboiler Hadith isn't one book or thing it's a collection of multiple books of stories and quotes------mostly detailing the life of the prophet, however, how much each book is taken seriously differently depending on how it is perceived by the general Islamic scholarly consensus. Saying that the "vast majority of Islamic doctrine agrees with Hadith" is dishonest since There isn't one Hadith book and there are MULTIPLE sources of Hadiths written in different time periods. Some Hadiths are absolutely core to Islamic belief, but calling something Quran, when it's actually from the hadith is just a straight up lie... Lying is not going to help the anti-islam cause because it's just making us look like dishonest idiots.
@@limeboiler Nope. Not all hadiths. It depends on their rank. I can literally write a hadith right now and publish it, but it will still not be believed in because its rank is low. Not to mention that many hadiths contradict each other. They are just "sayings" after all. Also, Oxford and others aren't Muslim and don't have the right to choose for us.

I'm kind of disappointed here Erik. As Michael Jones once said, "this is a one sided, uncharitable view". Islam's view of women is from the Abrahamic traditions in general. While it's not specifically mentioned in the written Torah, it is in the Mishnah. Early Christianity portrayed Eve as the primary deceiver in Adam and Eve, which spilled over to Jewish and then Islamic traditions. Women in the U.S. were not allowed to own property in all states until 1900, and could not vote until 1920. We are still trying to figure out the abortion issue. There are still laws in the U.S. that prohibit banks from foreclosing on property inherited by a woman until she signs the property over to a male. Islam is behind the curve when it comes to women, but not by much.
I'm quoting their own texts. Go read them, read the commentaries, read the hadiths. Or just consider the treatment of women in their own cultures. Why do you feel compelled to defend the indefensible and don't quote Jones to me when he smoked Daniel H. on child marriage and calls Islam evil.

ẋarb al-mathal (ضَرْب الْمَثَل) means “to create a parable”. Quran 2:26: “Indeed Allah is not timid to draw a parable whether it is that of a gnat or something above it.” (إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَسْتَحْىِۦٓ أَن يَضْرِبَ مَثَلًا مَّا بَعُوضَةًۭ فَمَا فَوْقَهَا)

It’s all bad representation Im so sorry guys
this makes me very sad and you're in my prayers. Jesus loves you and wants to help you.

Muhammad suggested that she breastfeed her adult male slave so that he would become her “mahram”, so basically her adopted son. If she did this, he would technically become her relative and could therefore see her in the house without hijab.

@@RobinaRiyaz-jv3gn Keep quiet! Go and read your own books and study your religion. 🥱
(Read this with empathy and concentration)
Dear friend, let me explain it you.
He could do something dangerous or sinful and not even be aware of it!)
Anways, back to the topic, of the revelation of the veil for women.
*The verses of the Qur'an were very relevant to the life of the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.*
I hope this was helpful.
Good day.

Our dharma has the concept of Ardhanareshwori, in which half Shiva and half Shakti form a complete body, meaning men and women complete each other. Also, Shakti, a woman, is placed on the left side because our heart is placed on the left side of our body, which depicts women emotionally strong.
There are so many such aspects in Sanatan dharma that made me follow this beautiful religion.

@@abaddon2148that was in a different time when it was accepted. Put it in context.
It's important to clarify that interpretations of religious texts, including the Quran, vary widely among scholars and communities. The verses you mentioned are often misconstrued or misinterpreted to imply permission or promotion of rape. Here are arguments against each verse to provide context:
Quran 23:6
This verse discusses the concept of chastity and modesty, urging believers to guard their private parts except with their spouses or those whom their right hands possess (slaves). This does not promote rape but rather emphasizes the importance of maintaining chastity and lawful relations within the bounds of marriage or lawful ownership.
Quran 70:30
This verse mentions those who guard their private parts except with their spouses or whom their right hands possess, which is similar to the previous verse in emphasizing lawful sexual relations and maintaining chastity. It does not condone or promote rape but rather sets guidelines for sexual conduct within Islamic law.
Quran 4:24
This verse regulates the practice of marriage and sexual relations during wartime. It permits Muslim men to marry women who are captives of war after ensuring their consent and proper treatment. It does not promote rape but rather establishes rules to protect the rights of women in such circumstances, emphasizing the importance of mutual consent even in marriage.
Quran 33:50
This verse addresses the permissibility of marriage for the Prophet Muhammad without the usual waiting period after divorce or the death of his wives. It does not promote rape but rather provides a specific ruling applicable to the Prophet, which does not extend to ordinary believers.
Quran 33:52
This verse discusses the conduct and privileges of the Prophet Muhammad compared to other believers.
Deuteronomy 7:1-2:
"When the Lord your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations... you must destroy them totally. Make no treaty with them, and show them no mercy."

"If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads."
Psalm 137:9:
"Happy is the one who seizes your infants and dashes them against the rocks."
Joshua 6:21:
"They devoted the city to the Lord and destroyed with the sword every living thing in it-men and women, young and old, cattle, sheep and donkeys."
New Testament:
Matthew 10:34-36:
"Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law-a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household."
Revelation 2:20-23:
"Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants into sexual immorality and the eating of food sacrificed to idols... I will strike her children dead."
Romans 1:26-27:
"Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another."
1 Timothy 2:12:
"I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet."

I just want to say that the "lightly" part in the verse of "beat them" doesn't exist in arabic, it's just there because muslims feel embarrassed by what the quran is actually saying that they altered the literal translation.
Yeah, it’s not like Muslim interpret the Quran the way the prophet and the salafs interprets it. * cought * ibn Majah 1851 + tirmidhi 1163
Quran 2:26: “Indeed Allah is not timid to draw a parable whether it is that of a gnat or something above it.” (إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَسْتَحْىِۦٓ أَن يَضْرِبَ مَثَلًا مَّا بَعُوضَةًۭ فَمَا فَوْقَهَا)
ẋarb means “to travel”. Quran 2:273: “[Charity is] for the poor who have been restricted for the cause of Allah, unable to travel in the land.”
ẋarb means “to cover”. Quran 24:31: “and let them draw their scarves over themselves.” (وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّ)
So before you want to make serious allegations about what aggressive words have been said, you should probably go learn that language first.
As for the meaning of ẋarb in Surah an-Nisa (4):34:
وَٱلَّٰتِى تَخَافُونَ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوهُنَّ وَٱهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي ٱلمَضَاجِعِ وَٱضْرِبُوهُنَّ
“As for those [wives] whose misconduct you fear, advise them, and keep away from them in the bed, and beat them.”
The meaning of ẋarb is “to rebuke”.

The Quran dissed my mom, cousin, aunt, and grandma all at once. It dissed generations of beautiful, strong women.
Some of these passages sound like modern day incel statements you could easily find on 4chan
Nah. Just like socialism sells a lie of ""equality"" & ""unity"" to lure the vulnerable into its maw, Islam does the same with the false promise of an afterlife with endless virgins, where all monstrous acts are forgiven, so long as they were done in the name of a fictional character 😂
@@jimtaylor294virgin thing is fake. Hoor al ayn is a distinct concept in islam

Neither a Christian nor a Muslim. Came here because i got intrigued by the title.
What's with the Christians insulting other's religion while promoting their own beliefs??
I am sure this isn't a promotional video.😂
Thank you😭 I come from a Muslim family but I'm personally an atheist, and while I agree with what the video says, it doesn't sit right with me how much everyone here is promoting Christianity. Weird.
Did you read the Quran and Hadiths? Literally mocked Christians, persecuted them in the beginning. Most of Middle East back then was more Christian and Pagans and with the advent of Islam nearly all of them decimated. Still today bombing churches and killing others for blasphemy like in Pakistan. You’re more insulted by a video backing it with their own sources than the reality of their religious political expansion.
@@lindathepretty3563Because Testify is a Christian Apologetics channel. If I go to Farid Responds, he is an Islamic Apologetics channel and would make the same arguments against Christians. Don’t be that disingenuous person because no matter what Christians say or do you would mock or judge us.
Testify is a Christian Apologetics channel what do you exactly expect. Why don’t you go over to Farid Responds, an Islamic Apologetics channel and complain the same? You have the gall to talk about us mocking Islam when the atheist olympics opening ceremony literally had an open forum mockery of Jesus. Doesn’t matter what Christians say or do, you will complain how weak we are or how we are judgmental of others. Atheism has no moral highground on anything.

@@TestifyApologetics Islamic fundamentalists views of women, and the rest of the world in general are outdated. Just pointing out where those views on women came from, and how recently those same views have changed for many Christians. There are still groups that identify as Christian, that view women as inferior to men. I in no way think you are in that group.
Or what? Gonna whip out that Christian magic and exorcise my demons, or have me smitten?

I'd like to know, according to Islam, what woman have to look forward to in "Jannah" (heaven)???

You get to be one of the women waiting in the corner waiting for your husband to be done with the 71 other women.
@@koderamerikaner5147that was resourced from a Hadith not a Quran (it means a guy heard from a guy heard from a guy tell another guy) it is very poorly made up there are no virgins waiting for men and men and women are supposed to be treated equally in Islam and if the people aren't equalling between them then it's not Islam's fault it's society's fault
they will be happy
Peace and tranquility
To most of the Muslims in this comment section, it is not about what the actual texts say, it's about how most of the Muslims interpret it, because like it or not most of the Muslims that follow strictly are like this (Albeit tamer due to societal norms). You arguing that such practices dont exist in the Texts is like invalidating the suffering of both men and women against these practices . I am Hindu but i have Muslim neighbours aswell , and guess what , we rarely have clashes and even invite each other for religious festivals graciously, you know why ? Because we know how to be a human first and our respective religions later.
P.S: I havent read the Quran so i cant argue about the accuracy of this video but i have seen some of these things happening in real life so they arent completly false.
Hmm, some of it is taken out of context but yeah most of the things are pretty accurate
Thank you, you get it. It doesn’t matter if the Quran says ‘beat your wife lightly’ or ‘hit her with a small stick and as to not leave a mark.’ Matter of fact is that there are lots of families and communities who take their instruction from verses like these to hurt and hinder women, or justify their actions later.
@@KeyurBhagwati mean look at muslims now. They take the word pretty literally.
I genuinely hoped and wished that islam and european culture could go to together but no, it crashed and screeches everytime it gets closer. Islam must change their ways if they want to live in europe
the problem is not Muslims but the Quran, it can be used to show kindness like when a Muslim man did not press charges against a man who tried to steal and then returned it, but there are muslim men you interpret the quran in a way that allows them to abuse women and not let them leave their house.
