My fire stick 4k max 16gb stuck on loading, open 4 times and each time immediately comeback to loading stuck again. So far I tried everything on RUclips. Do you know how to fix?. My Tv is a 2023 Samsung 55" Q80C 4k SMAR.Thanks

One year back I bought one of this. But up to now it is not fuctioning. Made several complaints to Amazon. But no response and no replacement.
If anybody buy this that is your responsible, money Will go with the wind😢
