Digitization is always good for curbing corruption and for this particular case its a win for motorists and a big loss for corrupt Kenyan traffic police. This system should be implemented nationwide.
good progress recently i drove through areas managed by traffic lights and cameras =(less police extorting bribe)manually manned = more police extorting bribes
KURA and KENHA together with Nairobi council should focus on renovating the roads first our roads look like a lower lower class economy while we're a middle class foolish leaders!
First, focus on repairing the roads before anything else, and i really wonder why upto know we don't have a Bus Rapid Transit system like dar er salaam
@Firestarter001 😅😅 You remind me of my old self before i started travelling and getting exposure, What we Kenyans think is normal is actually disturbing and disgusting in first world countries, once you go to Europe or even Asia, things wouldn't be the same, that's when you realise that we have half-naked bushmen dressed in animal skin and twigs at the airport claiming to represent the culture of Kenyans, you will be disgusted with garbage, open sewer and dirty people on the streets of Nairobi not to forget the chaos of Matatus and hawkers, 😅😅 ati pride of Kenya. For now you wouldn't understand, talking to you is like talking to village people about how good city life is when you have money, they wouldn't understand until they come to Nairobi and experience the good life.
Kenya should focus on repairing the damaged roads and actually having safer walk paths for pedestrians.
Traffic management is crucial

Kura should make better roads first before implementing something they have no idea how it works
The roads in Nairobi don’t look good at all! Now they want to implement intelligent traffic control system with such pathetic roads? Lol 😏

Digitisation is good but Nairobi roads are becoming worse plus more walk ways
Our public transport is the problem,, we need mass or BRT system

Nothing special with brts. Matatus are better, comfortable, affordable and the pride of Kenya.

The solution to traffic is viable alternatives to driving. Everything else is extremely stupid
