Human eyes does do that when light falls on it. This story was not about your average break in story. It's a paranormal intruder trying to get access into your house.

This happened to me when I was 13. We had bay windows in the kitchen and I got uo from watching tv in living room and I saw a figure standing with a flashlight right into the kitchen. I was frozen in fear. I stood there for what seemed like an eternity as well as this person. We where just watching each other. I finally snapped out of it and went to my parents bedroom. When my dad went out they where gone.

This happened to my sister and I we were watch tv in the night we had a curtain but you could still see inside and outside I was staring at the person.The person was in all black I told my sister someones by the window we jumped over the couch ducked and went to our room happened twice and when my dad was not home idk how many times they came.

I mean, thats because the reality is that security cameras don't do shit for security if the person is dressed and covered up a certain way, since youd never be able to tell who they were without other details or evidence to go on ffs, and its as simple as wearing gloves and generic cheap shoes in a different size than your own to fix that.
Not to mention, even if his face wasn't covered, most security camera footage is horrible picture quality.
And like 5 fps at that
and some of them are even black and white

I've found the secret: at 00:51 we can see the Swann Warranty Officer perform a "ground sweep". Ground as in electrical ground; he was checking the Sswann Security Cameras for Warranty Compliance. No one likes Warranty Compliance officers, but they have a job to do. He had to check inside to see where the camera was; his red-shift flashlight lens would have detected the flash-back of the cameras LEDs. Lucky for him, the camera was outside, and it was going to be a quick Warranty Validation Sweep (WVS).
My ex-cousin was a Warranty Validation Officer for a different camera company, but the methodology to check camera grounding is the same. Naturally, when the Officer saw the camera was installed, grounding and amperage were fine, and the LED's were obviously functioning, his job was pretty much done.
I'm glad we don't have Warranty Enforcement Officers where I live

GREAT STORY SUGGESTION!!! Edward Zakrzewski was an employee of Eglin Airforce Base. In 1995 he murdered his wife and children. He turned himself in after appearing on a segment of Unsolved Mysteries. I walked past the crime scene as a teenager. This would make for a great video!!
