Mine arrived and I can honestly say its beautiful in every way this and the forza 5 special editions are my favorite control pads for my xbox series x they seem a better build quality and its a bonus having the dynamic wallpaper thanks for the video I enjoyed watching it very informative

@@HalfCircleForward I use the One X and I bought the controller yesterday purely for the look of it and nostalgia reasons...just a shame about the background...maybe an update will get released one day to fix that 👍
Sadly, it only works on the Series consoles. I did try it on my One X, but there’s no option for the dynamic theme. To be honest, it was disappointing.
@@HalfCircleForward yeah it is.. considering the UI and menu is almost exactly the same as the xbox one x.. seems that they could have done it but didnt for some reason..😞

Great looking controller but a bit disappointing that background is only available for series X/S
I thought the same to, to be honest. I did try binding it to my One X regardless, and can confirm that it doesn’t give us anything special 😞

Sadly, the dynamic background is limited to the Xbox Series systems only. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news! ☹️

The wallpaper a code or does any console that links up to it get the wallpaper ?
It loads automatically, no code required!

I've been very happy with my Series S since I got it, and I think I'll be picking up a Series X at some point soon too. Great systems!
I don’t know why they just won’t give it to everyone instead of having to buy the controller to have it.
It does feel like something they could have offered as a free download, but I did appreciate it as a value-add for the controller.
