Mr Inbetween is the best drama I have watched in my life. The dialogue is a golden miracle which reaches out to a deeply buried part of my country town ex-serviceman soul. Scott Ryan is a comic genius who captures the strength of the Australian spirit. The counterpoints of Gary's character, his father and brother and his tough daughter make this a wonderful experience to view which I recommend to my most intelligent friends. The show has at least three levels of complexity and requires multiple viewings to truly appreciate. Thank you Scott. Love your work bro. Method acting is one of your strengths killer.

I discovered his tv show series off of Facebook Meme/Clips about how a dad would go to such length to protect his daughter. Very convincing acting job and many useful phycological tricks for dealing with certain real world confrontations.
It’s hard to imagine such a brilliant show is coming to an end, I’ve enjoyed every episode and was hoping it would run much longer. Scott Ryan brings the character to life as no one would be able to do, I especially like his smile when he’s about to strike, it’s chilling. 😊👍

Wasn’t till S3E8 when he approached a bookie to ask a favour to give his mate Freddy more time etc. & upon his departure the bookie said to his minder ‘do you know who that was’ then said ‘he’s The Magician’ that I even remembered the film and followed up. Anyhow, imagine what we could have seen from the creative mind of Scott Ryan had he been given a true chance. I hope there is more to come. Tim.

I also really enjoy the 20-25 minute episode format(easy to binge-watch!) Very interesting character study and even more interesting to hear what a struggle it was to make it. A lot of parallels to how Peter Jackson got into film making from support given to a self funded project. Hope you go from strength to strength Ryan, we so need quality writers such as yourself and unique material these days. I also hope the value of funding projects set in Australia gets recognized, not so much for the economics but the flavor it adds.
This series is so good I will rewatch the whole thing! It's superb. A legitimate pearl of a TV show! Why people waste their lives with garbage such as "rings of power" 🤮 or "she hulk" is beyond me.
Parallels to the story obviously you know Hitman I liked it the idea it's sort of like although the original story was written well before the original story of Barry, very came out in March of 2018 and the series started in September 18th, one might think that you copied barry, but actually the opposite would have been more plausible. But I liked the intermix of the the group therapy of which Tony soprano would would I don't think he did very much of he was more you know on the couch type of guy because while he kind of had to be really, where you know where you look at Barry doesn't really go through analysis as much as he does he's in an acting class which is in a way a sideways group therapy, and then you take Tony soprano and you those two married together with Mr in between being in group therapy or anger management is hilarious to me, but I like I do like how it's in a sense comic book like in that he's sort of like Mr unbreakable he's just a regular guy but he's doing good things. I want to see Mr in between having Nemesis or two like a polar opposite
I'm gutted that FX won't renew the show for a fourth season, wankers. Of course I am unaware if Scott even wants, or has written a fourth season, but still. I love hearing about someone's obstinance and stubbornness as it relates to self belief.
