I've spent many years around Aussies and spent time in their wonderful country and the shared sense of humour is astounding. That's probably why I've always got along so well with Aussies. This show stands right at the top of my all-time best TV shows list. Such a great show I'm getting lost for words. Big thank you to Scott Ryan for doing everything he has and did do to make this happen. -Brilliant!

I heard from some guy on Reddit that in some interview he said the the more he (Scott) did Mr Inbetween the more he felt like the character he was playing and that disturbed him. He decided it should stop now before it gets to him. Overall, I think, it was good while it lasted, we got 3 seasons, unlike 2 or just 1 with some shows I really liked.
Well deserved award. If there would be a 4th, a 5th and more seasons.. what is he waiting for... He would also become very successful internationally and achieve an immense breakthrough. The 3 seasons are just an extended teaser. Go for it, Scott.
When I saw Mr Inbetween for the first time I knew it was something special. I can confidently say the character of Ray Shoesmith taught me a lot about life and respect. I was disheartened when I saw that the show has finished due to Ryan's own creative choice, but I wasn't worried. We just need to wait... and with the show's impending popularity, I don't think we'll be waiting long.
I only came across this show recently what an amazing story, with great characters and dark humour sprinkled throughout. I binged watched all three seasons over a few days and just loved it, the award is very well deserved. Scott Ryan is extremely talented, and Nicholas Cassim playing Bruce, that was beautiful.
This show is PHENOMENAL!! I don’t say it lightly when I say it’s one of the best tv shows ever produced. It’s Chopper meet Sons of Anarchy with a bit of sopranos in there for good measure. I’m not saying it’s a copy of those shows because it’s not and that would be a disservice. This show was 3 seasons, only 30 shows that were only HALF AN HOUR LONG! I’ve never been so engrossed by such a short running series, the acting is out of this world. It’s 10/10, a perfect series
I showed my friends this, and it's only a matter of time before it dominates our whatsapp group chat. It's one of my favourite shows of all time. It's simplistic, hard hitting, gritty drama that also evokes a laugh or two. Really fantastic stuff and I'm now a die hard Ray Shoesmith fan

I've watched the first two series. Mind blowing. I thought nothing would top Breaking Bad but this takes the biscuit. All round perfect. And the fact you got chopper's dad to play your dad... and the first scene with him was the exact same scene (with the beer and setting) like in the chopper movie. Great touch. Humble beginnings with "The Magician". Really took shape with "Mr. Inbetween" Amazing show. Didn't need a translator for any of it. Dimmys are "dim sum" dumplings. (chinese breakfast. best food ever) Hope the show makes a comeback. Really really loved it.

A fourth season could easily begin with Ray walking away from that taxi scene and just going from there. If you've seen 'The Magician,' well then we all know what happens to Ray in the end, but it doesn't necessarily have to be that last scene from season three.
On may 29 Scott said the following on Instagram : "So...people have been asking me what I've been doing and will there be more MIB. There will be no more MIB in the near future. I have been very busy writing other stuff over the past year and plan to put a few of those projects into official development shortly."
