I don't think it's true that Fatah ran 2 slates - they ran 1 slate, and what's left over when you take away Hamas' 43% and Fatah's 40% are the 3rd parties - and there are many of them And all together, the third parties only fetched about 13% -and that's divided between 13 different small parties.
