Give the executioner virus a planet full of biomass to use and convert and you could very well get a Brethren Moon like thing that not only can infect with a drop of blood, has access to as much technology it has and can create with all the information it'll have
@coming up on infra-red Thing ( get it? Thing? ) is, the Excutor Virus operates on the same principle of the Thing's ( John Carpenter's The Thing ), rather than the Markers' and the Necromorphs. Dr. Cameron's final form at the beginning of this short is just her reaction upon being confronted by Umbrella's soldiers/agents. She prefers to disguise as a normal human rather than going all out like the Necromorphs.
+@@CryingZombie666 So? You don't need to throw yourself at people to be OP, that's what makes the Executor Virus since it hides, blends in and takes over privately. If it just threw itself out with the chances of getting destroyed like Necromorphs then it wouldn't be this dangerous, what's better, just charging your targets and try and overwhelm them with the risk of getting killed or implant yourself in the enemy and take over slowly?
She's got the intelligence of a true Antagonist like Wesker, and she doesn't seem to hesitate to kill someone if their in her way, unlike Albert. She may become disfigured in alot of cases but if you think about it, her virus strain is similar to Alberts own, minus the fact that it doesn't give her innate super speed strength and reflexes. But moreso it gives her these in small quantities, and allows her very mind to travel through different creatures and people, almost like a Hive mind but only a singular entity. If nothing else she'd prove to be undefeatable now that she's basically moved on past the city and wear she can infect more people, animals and the like. What I'd like to moreso know is if she can also infect individuals with other virus strains like the T, G, and Oroboros virus.
I like how you played “The Thing” theme near the end of the video LOL nice touch. I watched this recently and it was amazing 🔥🔥🔥 Honestly, those 17 minutes almost killed the entire live action RE movie franchise put together lol
All of a sudden all the OTHER viruses don't seem so bad When he made it to the surface after being chased by that thing, being surrounded by just regular zombies when he reached the street was a HUGE relief.
It would be nice if Dr. Cameron, her story and an updated version of this Executer virus were reintroduced in future Resident Evil games or animated films. But special short films presented as unique attractions at popular theme parks are normally just that, and exclusive to that theme park experience while it is available to patrons (Terminator 2 being a perfect example). The U.B.C.S. we're basically sent to Racoon City for slaughter in Resident Evil 3 so this situation doesn't surprise me at all. The main objective was Dr. Cameron's research. Umbrella did the same with Dr. William Birkin and sent Hunk in for the G-Virus samples.
don't let Paul Anderson do the work. it needs to be CG like Degeneration,Damnation or vendetta or likely remaster graphic high resolution version of the video.
You're right, it does remind me of The Thing, and the atmosphere felt way more... ominous than regular resident evil. And the last kill at the end were very gruesome, even for a Biohazard. I would've like the creators to expand on that paticular story, but i guess that virus was way too OP so i wouldn't be surprised that B4DE isn't considered canon.
I love how he added 'The Thing' music right at the point where we find out Roger is infected, very fitting considering how this virus acts just like 'The Thing' from the John Carpenter's adaptation.
The Executer Virus actually reminds me of the Blacklight Virus from "Prototype," the Main Character name Alex Mercer also possess a similar Power that can Shape-Shift, Mutated Weapons like Claws and a Blade and Consume everything.
It sounds as though this virus needs to take control of one individual host at a time, using the capabilities of the infected organism to consistently replicate the brain waves of the original host. It's kind of like a virus with a pre-defined shape and limitations based on its creator's human personality. It allows the original host's consciousness to be functionally immortal and able to jump from one infected organism's body to another's at will. The virus can certainly infect multiple organisms at once, but unlike the other viruses it can only manifest in the body of one of those infected organisms at a time. I think this virus could have its place as a new challenge for the characters of Resident Evil and Dr. Cameron really would be a dangerous villain, but if Capcom are really going to do this someday I suggest giving it a little more limitations. Like for example, make the virus only able to infect individuals with a particular number of genes, and make the virus take longer to change bodies/manifest in one of the infected individuals, maybe even resistible and curable in most of its hosts (not only the virus but also the creator's control) to balance things out a little. I would also change its name into something more relevant to what it does. Maybe Replicator virus (R-virus)?
That was really cool, I wasn’t expecting it to be so worthwhile. I’m not real sure how she put herself into the virus, but you don’t really have to make sense in RE, when there’s an old parasite that can somehow turn you into a literal giant. This “virus” is way too powerful for it to spread & feasibly contain, but it could be great for a self contained incident, hopefully in a numbered installment.
As much as I found this "Executer" plot interesting, I don't think the Resident Evil game series would have survived if it was canon... I mean, not only it's obviously similar to the movie "The Thing" but it would have turned the game series into a post-apocalyptic nightmare like the bad RE movies, at some point.
In my opinion i think the movie is represented alot in resident evil 7 the e-001 virus is super similar but differentiated by the etherial appearence by the little girl and eveline alot because its able to hide like it is in jack or margarete but the e-001 seems a little more primal in function seems to make them all un-able to grasp huge concepts unlike executor

The shabs it kinda backward Leon story, the virus already happen just the aftermath.. Jill was the beginning when it started.. Because on Leon timelone there no U.B.S squad they all killed off.. On jill timeline U.B.S squad member was in the city.
I like how the theme to The Thing starts at 6:05
This would have made a great resident evil game. No first person if they made it lol.
Also I loved the thing music at the end cause the creature has a thing feeling to it
I wonder if it’s considered canon?
Ginger-Smitty Gaming I was wondering that too.
Unfortunately its not.
I wish it was. That virus is quite dangerous, not only you keep your intelligence, you can infect anything and become it.
It is canon, do your research as well some mangas, and the stage thing
No It's not, and being on the wiki doesn't mean anything, It's not oficial. There's really no evidence for this anywhere in the series.
I love how you used the thing theme
It's like "The Thing" ripoff.
I love that after the revelation of Dr. Cameron you put one of the themes of The Thing movie
Nice info😎
I loved how you used The thing's ost for this video
Great content as usual
Kinda reminds me of the Thing
william mason yeah i was bout to said that too
Doctor camron is actually a scientist that is against umbrella.so maybe.she,s an ally
No one will notice me
ERAN1XD ACE. Hi there.
I like the Thing theme coming in at the end, nice touch!
Would be awesome if capcom males revelations 3 on this or outbrake 3.
Alvin Rueda Well capcom is known for always jumping in there video game timelines,
(even without continuing the story further.) But I like to see this Virus concept to make a comeback
and take place maybe before Resident evil 7.
Jose Urbana
That would be awesome about a virus comeback.
Alvin Rueda RE outbreak was a good saga... But this varius might be on RE8
Greg Chan I hope so, i faith that it can come back with the images of RE 2 remake pick the town of the bakers family house were the virus breaks out.
Alvin Rueda RE2 gonna be the best ever. I can't wait when the game come out.
This is dope I love the movie the Thing, but imagine if it was in a game, that would be so sick, that virus would add so much tension, when your team gets split up
Lol Early squad for life 😂
I feel a better name for this virus would be the A-virus short for Amalgam-virus, either that or the Chimera-virus.
So, it's basically a ripoff version of John Carpenter's The Thing.
I remember watching this as a little kid and it scared the crap out of me, glad I know the name now
THIS virus is PHENOMENAL! I wish I could find this to own. The "Executor" virus is everything a RE gamer/lover dreams and fears of! BEAUTIFUL
