I don't really understand how this could come as a surprise to anyone. The boyar extra armor completely negates the CK extra attack, but they still have more HP and attack speed.
@@DemonAgeOfEmpires2-wf8lv not against the boyar it doesn't. 4 extra damage is completely negated by 4 extra armor, both units do identical damage to eachother per swing, but Boyar attacks faster and has more HP; the crusader has no advantages and the boyar has two.
@@khatack I know what you mean, and you are correct. But what I say, not all people are willing to do the calculations, they would rather watch a demonstration, a video, that proves it. I am such a person myself :)
@@DemonAgeOfEmpires2-wf8lv not doing the math is pretty sad considering this is first grade math, you know, 4 - 4 = 0 xD What I'm saying, you shouldn't have to *do* the math, you should be able to see it instantly ^^
I know it's a big effort, but could you try to make a cinematic battle between two civs using triggers to make them fight as if they were real life armies? Like Mongols would bring 40 manhuday 50 hussar, camels and mangonels vs Teutons 40 teutonic nights, 50halbs, 40paladins, light Cavs and mangonels and maybe even HC. The idea is not to throw everything at everything, but to pretend there are real kings behind each army using it strategically taking in count units value and life
Teutonic knight should have attacked nerfed. I mean it’s too high and it’s ridiculous to be able to beat elephant 1v1. Nerfing teutonic knight attack from 14 to 10(non elite) and from 17 to 12(elite) would be a good thing. Devs don’t need to nerf their armor because it’s their special feature. I think Teutons should get this crusader knight as a replacement for cavalier and paladin. If it got 140 hp with bloodlines and got enabled teuton bonus (1 mele armor for cavalary per age starting castle age) so 4+5 in total than that unit would be pretty interesting compensation for nerfing teutonic knight✌🏻 In my opinion Teutonic knight should serve more as a defensive unit and crusader knight as an offensive one.
@@LarryLongBalls911what would be it's use? It's not beating heavy cavalry and it might not be good against archers due to low hp. I think this unit also has a passive that makes it non convertible. Maybe with that it's a really good pick?,
