What a great entrance to this iconic album it belongs too. Truly one of my favorite tracks that Phil had made, that never gets its full credits. What a legend, They'll never be anyone alike Phil Collins. Truly an icon.

To understand why the song only peaked at #23 in the BILLBOARD Hot 100, you need to remember that songs weren't marketed individually back in the day. This song was the FIFTH single released from the album. The first four songs were all Top 5 hits, including the #1 hit ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE. By the time this song was released, the album was over a year old. Not many people bought the single, and pop radio was starting to get weary of his music. The previous song was his last Top 5 hit in the Hot 100, and he would have only one more Top Ten airplay chart song. That was BOTH SIDES OF THE STORY.
