I have this same lens and it could use a greasing service like this. My focus ring is very loose and has no resistance but I am afraid to take it apart and not be able to get it back together. Great video!

What kind of grease did you use? Did you have to re-calibrate the focus after disassembling?

Plastic gear grease. Yes, the focus needs calibration after disassembling.
