There is a shuttle bus service on weekdays connecting neighbors malls in Punggol. プンゴルは水と緑が豊かで整備されていてとても住みやすいです。Northshore Plazaも自然光と風を取り入れた素敵なデザインで、エアコンが無くても過ごしやすいモールです。デカスロンはエクスペリエンスセンターの位置付けで色々な商品を試せるエリアがあります。

As a Punggol resident, I am thrilled to know I could call myself Punggolian. Sounds like Mongolian, cool. Yes Northshore Plazas are quite cool too, especially with the big Decathlon store, almost like a free indoor playground for kids 😜😁
Hey Ghib Ojisan. Refering to Samudera LRT. Samudera is a Malay word to mean "ocean". The word is rarely used by local Malays but normally spoken by Indonesias.
The mall's layout's very interesting. Think it'll look better if the color scheme of the place isn't greyish and brownish. The floor tiles make the entire mall so HDB. Pretty nice place on the whole.
I know it is supposed to be a eco-mall but the lack of air-conditioning in the open area is a major turn-off in hot and humid Singapore. Same reason why I rarely visit Star Vista in the west. You don't feel like staying long in those malls.
As a Singaporean, it’s just another mall with the same F&B outlets albeit a nicer design. I’m used to the eastern side of Singapore and recently shifted to central location. Punggol is a nice estate but I’ll not shift there. It’s too ulu, not much nice hawkers and commuting to city and town is a pain in the bottom.
So many heartland malls not gonna travel there just to check it out. Out of the way for me and I've the sea near where I live. Anyways Punggol is also famous for some haunted place.
What you say is true but then this is a neighbourhood mall. Expect certain changes of shops in a few years time. If we want a mid tier shop is can,but the rental must be lower & you need to have a lot of customers too. If there no demand,no supply. If there no customers,then the big shop can cut loss,but how about small shop? High rent,but maybe in a month you can only sell less than 20 pieces. That why we as the public can't expect much from a neighbourhood mall except basic necesitties like Giants/Watson/Guardian & the relevant Eateries like Macs/KFC/Kopitiam.

Frankly, this mall is not as great as expounded by Ghib. The "food court" had very limited selections.
The only redeeming factor was the sea front.
