After watching Alhambra PD's lack of response yesterday with the stolen white truck that area will now be a hotbed for stolen vehicle criminals now
Have you been to Alhambra? It's a lot of small streets and near a valley/hill. Leaving him alone was really the best choice and they actually ended up leaving undercover police officers up to it.
That's a lie. Many city's aren't allowed to do high speed pursuits unless the person committed a violent felony like murder or attempted murder. It's about public safety.

Those idiots should be thankful this pursuit didn’t take place in Florida or Arkansas. They would have been pitted at any speed within the first few minutes.
that won't be legal much longer. Too much liability risk AND it is bad policy. Will not be legal for much longer at all, whether the departments OR their Republican-led states like it or otherwise. If the Feds make the move, ignoring them WILL cost these red states, dearly.

The LAPD has to stop these chases quick. The longer they go on, the higher the risk for the public. I am one of them. It's very sickening to watch long chases that result in accidents, injury and worse. We in L.A. pay very high taxes. Part of those taxes pay for police. The LAPD must start doing a better job on the roads. We pay to be better protected than this.
