- A gripping scene unfolded on the streets of Los Angeles County as law enforcement Tuesday pursued a white transit van driven by a man allegedly involved in a hit-and-run in the downtown Los Angeles area.

Just saw the original video on Instagram. This guy rear ended another van from behind at an intersection in front of the twin towers jail near Union Station and in front of a sheriff's patrol vehicle going the opposite direction, then runs away. This is what started the chase. Wow. This is crazy AS HELL!!!!
Let out of jail as soon as he sobered up lol No cash bail!

This guy was ramming the back of another van at a light , reversing and hitting it again - in front of the county jail and cop waiting at the light. That’s when they started the chase
