- A pursuit suspect in an allegedly stolen pickup truck drove erratically through neighborhoods in the San Gabriel Valley - plowing into a tree and even driving on the sidewalk and lawns of homes before a citizens arrest was made.

Unfortunately the few bad cops start corrupting the good cops. What makes it worse is that citizens are almost forced to wear body cams as well. If a cop can just turn off their mike, then that is something worse. The absolute worst part of everything is that most cops don't actually know the laws.
