Im a big fan of Button Shy's solo games,, but I was thinking about PnP a few 2+ person games for a family vacation coming up. Your video was the perfect jumping off point! Thanks so much!
I love button shy games too! I have a number of them featured in this vid. In fact! I just got 3 new ones in the mail yesterday- Squabblin' Goblins, A La Food Cart, and Moving Pictures!
Great list! Of course, any list that has Circle the Wagons on it is gonna be great! Seasons of Rice is another one that I really enjoy each time we get it out. I almost always want to play again once the game is over!
Thanks for the quick reviews of button shy games- I would add agropolis to the list-very similar to sprawlopolis but with a rural farm theme. I also like skulls of Sedlak. I have pentaquark and have found it hard to figure out, maybe it will grow on me. I bought maid in the forest based on your recommendation and really find it a good puzzle.
Wow this was amazing timing. I just got the mail and my copy of Skulls of Sedlec and the maiden in the forest just arrived. As I'm going through the mail I put your video on. Lol
Great video (as usual) Tia! Yeah I have many BS games. They are so creative and cram so much into those 18 cards. Even the games that I don't personally love, I admire the work that was put into them. I think I am one of few who actually prefers Circle the Wagons solo over Sprawlopolis. 🤠
I started into Button Shy Games with a print and play and it was The Skulls of Sedlec. It was a lot of fun even though the subject may be a little macabre. Historically, check out Sedlec and their ossuary, it makes the game way more thematic. I’ve since picked up Sprawlopolis and will be picking up more. Tussie Mussie is next. Great video!
My favorite ones are Cunning Folk and In Vino Morte. Cunning Folk gives strong Coup vibes, and In Vino Morte is barely a game but it's fun to play with a lot of people when waiting for your food at a restaurant.
I cannot help myself when it comes to board games either lol I'm hoping to get that Button Shy box with all the games in it. I'm always on the lookout for it. I have Death Valley because I backed that one on KS. Great video, hadn't heard of some of those.
Depending on location, you can order directly from their website! Depending on your country, other publishers have picked up many of their titles and distributed them to local game stores/ online retailers. 😊
I’ve been busy with work, so just getting around to comment. I learned about Button Shy through you, and just am floored at what a great product they consistently put out. I just purchased Antinomy, but like a “chucklehead” didn’t order the solo expansion (solo flare?). Oh well, next order. Great video. PS Have you checked out the solo game “For Northwood” that’s currently running on Gamefound? I think you’d like it.
I was wondering where I could get these wallet games. I'm still new to the hobby and not familiar with the designers or publishers YET. These would be great to have in my purse.
ButtonShy ships directly from their website to US addresses and some international areas; though depending on where you live other publishers have recently been printing some of these titles as well! (i.e. Frosted Games in Germany, etc.) 🤗
Well, no surprise to see the likes of Ragemore and Maiden in the Forest there, but choosing a limited selection can't have been easy. As you included ROVE, and later mentioned KS, are you backing the ROVE expansion collection nearly finished on KS? After all, your earlier ROVE video is on the campaign page! Under two days left, so time for everyone's FOMO to kick in! Which reminds me I need to back it!
There have been a few duds-- Potion's Class and The Perfect Moment are two examples, but having their design contests really helps make sure that a majority of the games are excellent! 😊
Love Button Shy Games! Some of them may or may not have a special hiding place inside my desk at work… shh! I’ve been trying to track Ragemore down until it comes back into production without luck, but as others have said I just got a nice batch of Sedlec goodness in the mail yesterday 🖤
Most of them have fit in one wallet, but for some they suggest getting a secondary wallet. I think I have a secondary wallet for Tussie Mussie and the new ROVE expansions, but the rest are all in one wallet. 😊
Great video! I'm a big fan of Button Shy games. Thanks for pointing out Stew could be played 2 player. I didn't know that. I'm on a solo game kick since pandemic times. Blorg in the Midwest was the first Button Shy game I played. Cute and puzzly. I was very impressed with how much could be done with just 9 cards. Ragemore is my new jam. I'm excited for Naturopolis. I like the idea of Sprawlopolis, but mash that with nature instead of farms (as in the case with Agropolis) and I'm in. I'm looking forward for more on your vid series!
Also excited for Naturopolis!!! The theme is definitely more appealing than the city/ farm theme for me personally. 🤗 Still wanting to try Blorg; it was on my PnP list before ButtonShy picked it up, but... you know, time and all that. 😅
@@tabletoptokki They don't come in those wallets in most countries. The games are published by different companies in different regions... Quined, Matagot, Frosted, Lucky Duck, Salt & Pepper... so different regions get different packaging. Little cardboad boxes are the norm for them outside North America and a few other places. The packaging art varies by region also.
@@tabletoptokki Importing things from the U.S. is pricey, though. While U.S. prices are low, U.S. shipping costs are very high, and if you bring in enough to trip the customs limit, you risk charges there. But if you don't bring it all in in one go, you avoid customs charges, but get stung for multiple shipping charges. It's lose/lose either way. The games are very cheap in the UK... £8 / $10... so cheaper than Button Shy sell them for... they just have different packaging. Wanting that wallet packaging, but having to pay (significantly) more, both from item cost, shipping cost, and potentially customs fees, is only justifiable to a certain type of individual.
@@thelastmotel Totally makes sense! I know that Button Shy had at one point offered a free shipping threshold for intl customers, but I'm sure with the Pandemic that has likely changed. 😬
Ugh, my heart, my soul.
Love you, Tia.
Not Toosey Moosey!!
💀💀
Fine, okay then.
"Welcome and welcome back everyone; Tia here! Today we'll be playing "TASSIE MASSIE!"

Ahh that's so great to hear! Enjoy & hope your vacation is splendid! ^^
I love a good pocket game you can take with you wherever you go. I've just added a few to my list, especially Death valley.
Excellent! And yeah-- the size is so convenient. :)
Thanks! Just bought Sprawlopolis, In Vino Morte (pixel edition), Skulls of Sedlac (with Monstrance Solo), Food Chain Island, Rove
Yesss awesome line up! Lmk how In Vino Morte plays; haven't gotten to try that one yet! ^^
@@tabletoptokki Sure will. Thought I would get some play out of it with the non-gaming family for the holidays.

Ohhhh; congrats!!!! You'll have to DM me and let me know how they are! I've particularly been interested in Moving Pictures. 😁
Skulls of Sedlec is definitely my favorite of the wallet games
Really need to try this one!
Mine too! Love that game.
And it's amazing solo - especially if you use the Merchants, Champions, or Executioners expansions!
Great list! Of course, any list that has Circle the Wagons on it is gonna be great! Seasons of Rice is another one that I really enjoy each time we get it out. I almost always want to play again once the game is over!

Have you had a chance of checking out their new game Squabbling Goblins?
@@stevenbloom8884 I haven't yet, but you're the second person to bring it up! So maybe I should. 😁

I hadn't looked too much into Cunning Folk, but with how much I love Coup, I'll definitely be checking it out for my next order! 😊
I've got a lot of these as PNPs and they are so easy to print and so much fun to play.
Yeah! Luckily with just 18 cards they're super straight-forward builds. 😊
Great video! Always glad to see the Button Shy love! 🧡 Squabblin' Goblins just showed up today!
Ahhh yay, congrats! I have to try that one! 😊

Maiden in the forest is almost set because of your video.
Yesss! Perfect 😁
Nice review. But a time stamp for each individual game would be really helpful.
Listed in the description already; glad you enjoyed the video! 😊
Been very poor and broke.. I wonder if there is any chance to get these great games at a cheaper if I buy in a package ??
They also have PnP options for cheap; great alternative if you have access to a printer. 🙂

Stop making me want to buy these games! You're reccomendations are alway great. I got Maiden in the Forest, and its a really nice puzzle game!
Sorry, lemme just take the video down… brb. 🤭
Do Button Shy games reply to emails? I tried contacting them but got no reply.
I'm not affiliated with them so can't say for certain. Perhaps try contacting them again if it's been a while?
If you get expansions for these wallet games do they fit in the one wallet or do they just send out another wallet?
