Gotta say Tia, I had a round round of Disc Golf and really frustrated with the Disc Golf Game (5th round in 2 years). When I see you that you new video and listen to all that happiness that you have it picks me right up. Thank you for all you do Tia!!
I just rewatched this video and number 1 is Capital Lux 2 which I finally got to the table solo! I am so happy I found a copy of this game from your suggestion! It is AMAZING and I will be playing it multiplayer very soon. Also, I ordered the expansion content and metal coins for it from Matagot directly and cannot wait to get them. This one will never leave my collection!
Love the idea for this list, thanks! You highlighted a bunch of great looking games. Suggestion for your consideration, though this is just because I can't get enough of looking at these games... When you cut to the camera on you, perhaps switch to split-screen instead: half on you, and half with more (or repeating) B-roll of the game. Thanks again for your great content! You're killing it!
Kudos Tia. Definitely a unique top ten and why I’m a fan of your channel. I can tune into ten game channels, and it’s same old same old. And that friggin so called “Happiness Token” looks like something out of a Stephen King movie. 😂
Saw the circus tent emoji in the timestamps and just knew it had to be the Magnificent. It really is an amazing game and I had to track down the expansion too. The theme and presentation reminds me of one of my favorite books, The Night Circus. I can't believe this gem was only $15 when Asmodee put it on clearance. Love, love dice worker placement! I picked up Masters of the Renaissance after your solo playthrough, and it's a banger too! Love how they took a lot of elements that are common to Luciani designs and streamlined them. Honestly a great primer for working up to other games he's designed. Bot Factory and Rajas of the Ganges (using the Mautoma solo variant on BGG) are 2 that I really enjoy at solo and multiplayer. Bot Factory puts Kanban in a great middle weight package for times when you just don't want to be mentally exhausted and have the extra rules overhead (and building robots is so much more fun than cars, let's be honest). Rajas is a worker placement that uses dice as a resource to build up your tableau and also gain influence in the various landmark buildings. The balance of the use of dice where you have tools to mitigate while also use having good outlets for all dice values prevents the "oh I rolled poorly so I auto-lose" of other dice games. Also the end game trigger of the crossing of the money and fame tracks is ::chef's kiss::
Oh yeah! I guessed number 1 correctly. The Magnificent is my number 2 favorite game. Love love love that one and Santa Maria (my #15). Both are great solo although I'm not convinced 200 points is possible in base game solo. I've only made it to 200 with the Sno expansion.
Eyyyy, that's awesome! The Boys have certainly made a lot of high-ranking games on my lists as well. Have you had a chance to try Revive yet?!?! And challenge accepted. 😎
Ugh. No. I really want to try Revive but I'm trying not to buy anything right now until I can sell some stuff off. But I do have Trails of Tucana from them as well and love it!
@@family_meepleOh man such a good one too! i held off on Revive for a while for similar reasons and because it's a chunkier/ more expensive title, but ohmyGAWD is it good! Hope you get to try it soon!!! ^^

Ahhhh that's so awesome to hear!!! Congrats and hope you have a blast playing it multiplayer as well! :D
It would be awesome if you could edit in some more photos of how the setup/playthrough actually looks like!
Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks, Ken!!! 🤗
And RIGHT? Especislly with the theme of the game it's like… "euuuu"… 😅
Yay!! Love the love for Codex Naturalis! No one ever talks about it. And, yes, it's SOOO gorgeous.
Right??!?!? It's a super solid game-- def deserves more love. 🥰

Love Rajas as well! Will have to check out the solo mode. Bot Factory also sounds fun; haven't tried that one yet! 🤗
