Bro don’t buy this it had very cheap carbs literally made my skin full or acne and dry rashes I used 4 kg of this whey it helps in muscle building there’s no doubt but also cause bloating and severe skin issues just like cheap mass gainers . To confirm it that my skin issues are related to this protein or not I stopped using it and within one week all my skin issues gone. Now iam using ON gold standard it’s more than 3x the price but iam enjoying it without any health issues . So never buy any protein priced less than 1500 rupees/kg
