How it started: She originally planned for the kids to be "like the paper at Dunder Mifflin" How it's going; I think it was the LA Times that commented she's basically running a training ground/showcase for mostly-Black child actors, some of the youngest of whom think of them as real teachers and call her Ms. Teagues :)
