Knoephla Soup, super fast and easy!

This is a recipe for Knoephla soup that I. making for the first time. I found this to be easy and fast to put together and it was inexpensive to make. I had all the ingredients already on hand. You could easily make this recipe vegetarian by substituting vegetable broth
