50cc EDCO

On board with Freetech 50cc EDCO bike and driver Edwin Sweers during race 1 at the Dutch Classic, July 7 2024, TT Circuit Assen, Netherlands. Starting P1 on the grid concerning Freetech50, but class combined with GP 125. With a spectacular almost-crash from Bert Smit and a slider from André Coster. Racing 9 laps. just curious, how do these engines survive so much engine braking?

Apart from the drive chain it is specificly the main conrod bearing that is suffering during engine braking. Whit a lot off attention it can last a whole season.
