To make the Crispy Smashed Potatoes Recipe, you will need:
baby potatoes
boiling water
salt to taste
olive oil
black pepper
red pepper flakes
dried oregano
dried basil
garlic powder
optional: spring onions, parsley and red chilli for garnishing
This crispy roasted garlic potatoes recipe is so easy to make but definitely a crowd pleaser as they taste just amazing. It is the perfect potato side dish that you can make with baby potatoes or new potatoes (also called aloo or batata). I discovered that if you smash them with the glass in stages the potato will not stick to the bottom of the glass. Just smash partially at first and repeat until you get to your desired thickness
