Great tiny home design. As some have commented, the loft should be made into a true second floor instead of squatting or sitting area. It would be ideal for a home office.
The salesman definitely sells the home. Great energy, personality and good-looking to boot.

With all that extra space in the bathroom, you could build a bit smaller full bathroom and an extra room for a nursery/toddler's room/storage/a full pantry... There are countless ways to use the space a bit better.
The same applies to the huge kitchen.
I live in a 450sq ft with mom, dad, and two brothers, and it has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a family room, a dining room, and a laundry room,.
I just say those 399sqft would have been used a lot better to fit more features (and people) inside the house.

I used to own a restaurant. You NEVER should put refrigeration next to an oven. Refrigerator burns out as it needs to work twice as hard to keep things cool.
