Honestly one of the nicest tiny homes I've seen. I love that there's no loft. The muted color scheme is so serene and is a good backdrop to any kind of decor. All the windows are awesome, but a slider to a small deck would be so lovely off the bedroom.
Absolutely love the cabinets space. Can put everything away until needed. Room enough for an eating table! Great use of space. Awesome to have side by side washer & dryer. I prefer bifold closet doors. Thanks for showing this home Mr. Tiny!
Yes, with the stackables, I'm worried about being able to reach inside! And the bifold doors make more sense, so you don't block the other person's access while trying to dress in the morning!
@@spottheborgcat6523 I don't like stackables at what you just said is one of the many reasons why. They also aren't full size-even when they say they are. If they're connected together when one has to be replaced both do. Just 2 more of the reasons I don't like stackables. I have reasons that I am not a fan of barn doors, also. I am a huge fan of pocket doors wherever possible though.

I would love to see those same windows on that slightly curved wall at the front in the bedroom as well. Nothing like waking up to natural light. Very pretty, Mr. Tiny.
Very nice Mr Tiny Like all the windows and no stairs or loft. I don't need a table, just a raised eating place. I would move the door over where the table is. But I'm sure you could do that if wanted. Thank you for another great home.🙂🙏

I love the windows at the front. It gives the living area a fantastically bright, open feel. This might sound strange, but I think I would want a built-in desk where the built-in entertainment center is. It could always be repurposed for entertainment when company is over. The kitchen almost looks like a kitchen out of one of your single section homes. I wouldn't feel like I had sacrificed anything in that space. It was nice to see a little space set aside for a small dining table too. I like that you made the most of the shower space with tile instead of a fiberglass insert. The only thing I don't like about the bathroom is that I feel like it needs an extra foot of width between the toilet/sink area and the shower to not feel cramped. I would gladly take a slightly smaller kitchen if it meant that the bathroom could have a little more breathing room. The side-by-side washer and dryer space feels almost luxurious in a 399 sq. ft. home. Smart decision with the cabinetry above the bed space in the bedroom. That's something I'd like to see in every tiny home. I prefer the simplistic look of the bifold closet doors to the barn doors, so I think that was a nice touch in this home.
Love the bay windows, the high ceiling with all the windows making the living room and kitchen areas feel light and bright and open. Tons of storage, and the bonus surprise of the side by side w/d! Great model!
Hey Mr Tiny, we missed you on last week. Hope you are taking some time to enjoy your summer. This model is good for those without need for a lot, but has plenty of cabinet space at your fingertips, not to mention side by side w/d. However what really sets this off, is that wall of windows, that will let in the light and brighten up everybody's life that passes through. And the outside color is not too bad, works well with those pops of red in that decor.
There are so many plans nice plans to chose, but I personally would still need one with a loft, found a plan I like, and I am Re-Imagining it, to my personal taste.
This is my favorite model so far the roominess of the window in the living room and it looks like there's a room from my red couch and I love the bedroom!
For some reason I prefer the side by side washer and dryer. I really like that in this home. Of course the bay windows are the best feature! Nice if you have a scenic view too! 😉

It's a mobile home. The bedroom is a bit small but better than a loft. I don't like how the frig sticks out so far into the hallway either. They now make them bigger on the outside and smaller on the inside. This thing was obviously built for the old kind of friges.

My big dream with water is one of those farm trough pools. 😅😅 I’d still need a porch tho. The large house I live in now with an average size kitchen doesn’t even have that many cabinets. Lol. I like the airy living room and the way the kitchen sink is angled with the bar with the little dining nook. I’d prob just want a slightly smaller fridge and I’d rather have a hanging shelf and pole over washer/dryer as opposed to cabinets. I’d also prefer higher ceilings w/ fans as opposed to having any lofts. I also like the two smaller closets Bcuz I can put warm weather clothes in one and cold weather clothes in the other. I’d omit the ent center and the bedroom chest tho and use my own furniture.
RCC is definitely going up on their prices. 92k seems really high compared to other manufacturers out there that are equal and comparable, including warranties. This model doesn't even have a w/d, skirting, or hook-up costs included. This model will easily be well over 100k by the time you've finished adding the extras. I'm looking for a loft model for a property that I just recently purchased in Palm Springs Ca. I like many of RCC's products, and I understand costs have gone up. But have they gone up this much? I think it's worth shopping around. I'll still keep watching your videos, though. Maybe one will pop out that I will just have to buy. Nice video!
I was thinking about purchasing one their older models from about 3 years ago. The price should remain the same since they aren't buying new materials for it. The one I was looking at is called the Winston.
This is really pretty! I'm loving the side door, and the last model had a side door....I think it makes it feel much bigger not having the door at the end, plus you don't have a walkway trekking through your lounge. I love the bay window....but I would add French doors there...NOT as a front door, but for access to a private deck leading to the back garden....all of which would be enclosed within fencing and hidden from view at the front door. That way it's a patio door for me, friends and family only. The bedroom feels really fresh and pretty too, with the cabinets above the bed. Although the floorplan is not hugely different to many others, it just feels like a whole new floorplan with the front door being on the side. I really like it. 😘

This one is so perfect. I like the fact that there are no stairs to climb. A person like me cannot climb stairs that I would have to crawl when I get up there. This one is just right. Sense it don't have a back door to get out at in case of fire, it needs an emergency exit window in that bedroom Just in case of fire. I think every tiny home should have one.

Really love this home. The only thing I would change out is the shower for a shower/tub combo. Looks like there would be space for it in the bathroom.
I thought the same thing. A tub give you the option of both a bath and a shower and a tub is useful for washing pets or large items.

I'm pretty sure there's legislation that states every home, camper, Tiny home must have an egress.
