  • "This project really reinforced my motivation to pursue our common European path", as one of the participants put it. Building Future in Times of War - with the 2nd edition of "EU*Connect", CIFE reinstated its commitment to provide EU expertise for young Ukrainians and Moldovans, and to make French and German participants aware of the particular challenges of Ukraine in the context of war, its quest for EU accession and reconstruction.
In the five months-long course = 100 hours of learning and exchanging online twice a week, the participants from Ukraine, Moldova, France and Germany learned about European integration and EU accession as well as about their counterparts and their respective countries
Thanks to the generous contribution of the Franco German Youth Office (OFAJ/DFJW) and to a solid partnership with IPACS of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the participants could benefit from a variety of courses, interactive workshops, online meetings and other formats. They learned a lot about EU Affairs, the history and values of the European Union, project management, negotiating and much more.
