@@md.nazimraza205 Apologies for the belated reply...It is done with minimum operation interruption....It is very critical and risky....Line will be in normal operation. The big BOP type shape valve is the cutter;hydraulically actuated. The thin 2" line is the TOR (thread O ring fitting) used for purging/venting....Currently, in this video, it seems to be water line but it can be done on any line (if you are rich and risk taking company).....Hope it helps you....
