Full transparency, made around $50k in my first entry level role and thought that it was great, never questioned it as they kept piling on responsibilities while getting my output on the cheap (especially when I found out how much they were charging companies for my dedicated analyst work lol, SUCH a huge disparity when compared to average in my state). But then again, I didn’t have your vids as resources at the time. Always good to understand fair compensation for assigned duties, and keep learning and growing to reach that 6 figure goal and beyond. Great stuff!
