Thanks for the support guys. So here's my take on the Yoyofactory Monster Edge.
To summarise I'd say it's an iterative improvement on YYF's previous super wide designs. The Yoyo is probably one of the most powerful super-wide designs I've ever tried however it's generally more of the same. So if you're looking to dip your toe in the superwide style I'd recommend trying this yoyo out. However, if you're well versed in it already, I'd say this yoyo is more of the same.

One of my favourite chill yoyos. Good response with Kitty fat & imo weight distribution is just right - not overly powerful but stable enough to get through longer combos without tilting out
The Monster Edge is my favorite yo-yo!

You do great reviews! At times, watching yoyo reviews I feel like I am just watching marketing videos that use canned comments that make it sound like every throw is amazing at everything.
I have a feeling that the edge is going to become a more high end shutter. Cause it’s getting so many variations of it.
The Edge already has far more variations. There's only two Shutters. OG and Wide Angle.

@@johnsnowie4157 Well, at the time I said that, I was correct. There's also the Bi-metal Shutter now, and maybe others I don't know about, I've been out of the loop for a bit. There's still WAY more Edge variants, though.
You should try the honey badger yo-yo from zipline strings dude, its awesome.
Review the new shutter bi-metal or polished style.

Waiting for the 720 review hehe. I had 4 pairs of them and each of them play very diff because of there color and spacers. Despite having same red/red set up.

That's not a Sky Bind. What you're talking about some people call a "flair bind." Brandon does have a video on it, it's called "how to bind like a pro." He's made a couple of "bind like a pro" videos, but that bind was in the first one.
Smort Art Did you not check Yotricks for that tutorial? They've had a Branding tutorial up for years. Don't you just search RUclips when you know a trick name and want to see a tutorial for it? I'm confused.

it does not sound smooth and floaty to me. it sounds sluggish and clown like. smooth and floaty arent grades, they are subjective play characteristic experiences. the sound i heard from that yoyo did not seem to me to be giving you the experience of smoothness or floatieness. i think ur stuck in a Brain Loop. :)
Will B IMO sound has nothing to do with have a yo-yo plays. The sound is mostly from the bearing spinning, and bearings can make noise while the yo-yo still being very smooth and floaty.
@@blahmin8344 i see where u are coming from, but reality is Literally Vibrational. the same way how what a car sounds like and how it drives are related. im not hearing the bearing. im hearing how its moving on the string. does not sound Floaty. ur wrong. :)

@@glow2215 my definition of floaty is you can do serpentine with low effort and low vibe and make it look easy. my defenition for smooth is you can throw a sleeper and feel like you dont need to pay attention or watch over it. that vid did not make it look like that yoyo fit those two. maybe we have different definitions. thats allowed in yoyo. no big deal.
ill take it back tho if it pisses people off, though. its only yoyo. no reason to care too much. :3
