Most people are 25% touring and 75% city and 400x is better option for that. For perpetual tourists, like he said,450 is better choice.

Love your content bro.. what would be your pick from interceptor 650 vs speed 400.
When I test ride the interceptor 650 it was awesome and I feel it can keep me excited for a longer term. Although I am about to test drive of speed 400.
    What will be your pick?

Hi. I own the Interceptor too. Do you think Scrambler is a better upgrade to the Interceptor or the Himalayan?I’m a 6 ft 1” tall rider and l feel Interceptor is cramped at times. Also the suspensions are not great. Which has the most refined engine and got good power to cruise at high speeds say 120 kph? Let me know your thoughts

hi sir. i have booked himalayan because there are no triumph service station near me can u suggest any better bike than himalayan in that price. Ill go on long ride once or twice a year rest city use and short ride.

    @arslanalam4325 2 месяца назад

Scrambler is do it all kind kf bike, u can commute, have fun on trails, can tour also, but himalyan is made focusing on adv touring which is perfectly fine who does 5-10k touring a year, otherwise u will not go to office on it and therefore it will inly be used when u will tour on it, si if u don't tour much and want only one machine in ur garage, go for that beautiful scrambler ❤

Any motorbike, the stock headlight will never be sufficient for highway riding. as per government norms the manufacturer cannot give high powered lights. Hence, for touring we have to go for after market aux lights.

I have a Scrambler 400X, its a great motorcycle. Only issue most of the users are facing is the tappet noise issue. No service center is acknowledging this issue. Otherthen that motorcycle is just perfect for all conditions. Ticks all my requirements. Absolutely loving my motorcycle 😊

  • @monishm2128

Hey Vikas. Been seeing your Scrambler 400X videos and the first thought that came to my mind was this bike looks a little too small for Vikas's body frame, not sure if you felt it !
The point about the liquid cooled radiator fan, I really feel it is a pain during hot summers and in traffic when the fan comes on it starts cooking the riders feet. When a liquid cooled bike comes and stops near me at a traffic signal I'd always want to move away 😅
Triumph as a brand image is definitely a good feeling but I'd like you to test ride another such softroader adv bike if you haven't already, Vstrom 250. It may not have the brand image but sure does stand out in a sea of bikes and is taller in appearance to suit your looks.
The SOCS engine has always amazed me wherever i see it and ride it. One of the best engineered oil cooled engines and looks like a liquid cooled engine without fins which they say is inspired from the old GSX R 750's engine !
Ofcourse it is down on power but for day to day usage it is torquey to provide a quick move and is forgiving allowing the rider to be a bit lazy with downshifts. The thrill of riding a slow bike fast is actually enjoyable but it is subjective to the riders experience.
Please continue to make such series of videos about a newly launched bike, you provide a lot of practical information which other reviewers don't. Cheers and happy riding ✌️

Owners of Speed and Scrambler along with all other bikes which have round headlights can opt for Vaishnu Touring projector headlight. They have just launched the product for Triumph bikes. I am planning to buy it in sometime.

    Vikas Sir,
Hi i am a long time subscriber.
My friend wants to buy a bike within 3.5 lakhs and he is considering both of these too.
From what I heard the new Himalayan is quite peppy now, but people are complaining about its headlight illumination.
So both the bikes are very close to each other. The two major factors which differentiate the bikes are their weight and size.
We know that there is a hell and heaven difference between both these bikes when it comes to manufacturing quality.
I sincerely request you to take a long test ride of himalan also so that you can give an honest opinion.
The internet is filled with biased reviews and we need you back. Please

  • @Equalist.
    @Equalist. 2 месяца назад

I 100% agree with Vikas sir
The majority of customers purchasing motorcycle now a days are 9-5 office workers (25% enthusiastic use - 75% practical use)
who want to / afford to have that one bike that can almost do it all.
Thing with reviewers now a days is that they test the bikes in conditions , you as the average buyer will rarely use in (agreed that's their job to test)
So don't make your judgements out of online reviews ,, use your own intellect , take test rides from showrooms or if your friends have it then purchase the bike Best Fit as per you needs which could be completely different to mine.

I want to share a short experience that how Royal Enfield is improved a lot compared to other brands.
I went to testride meteor 350 and a person attended me (already talked over the phone after booking test ride)
I was surprised that the person gave me the keys of that bike directly and told me to do test ride as long as I want.
This is the first time that I did test ride alone. (compared to competitor, where they first ask if planning to buy if not, they will reject the test ride)
It is not about the bike but about the dealership that how they treat people.
I will definitely recommend Royal Enfield to other people, my friends and relatives.
Royal Enfield has now improved a lot from last few years, in engine design, in service, in sales and also in pre sales (test ride)

13L tank is the only thing that makes the touring capacity a bit less as it's mileage does not cross 30 kmpl and every 250 km there is low fuel light. And in city sometimes It gives low fuel even at 200😅

We are a couple looking for a comfortable bike which would be good on highways as well as good for some occasional offloading through modifications for spiti/Ladakh..easy on the pocket in terms of maintenance...dominar/speed 400 was on our radar but the maintenance woes of Bajaj and high cost for triumph pegged us back...can u suggest some good within 3-4l budget...it would be very helpful for our research
