How'd you get the game to install? Do you own a physical copy? I can't get the sh3.exe or the installer to work without getting a "the game is not properly installed" message. Only bothering with this over the ps2 Ver because there's a 3rd person camera mod i want to try out and I don't own a PC.
If you want to play on your phone with an emulator then PS2 is the best choice but for emulating the version PC on mobile is a pain and not worth it, as for the game differences they're almost exactly the same between the PC and PS2 version the PC version has better flashlight lighting (per-pixel lighting) so it doesn't look that pixelated like on PS2 however PS2 has better audio and it's more stable than PC version but at the same time the PC version is playable with patches and fixes installed

The game has tons of issues don't recommend to play : resolution issue, sound issue, Gamepad bug and more

Pc is worse the audio is compressed in pc and has resolution issues recommend PS2 to play
