"Proximity breeds care. Distance breeds fear."
@ if u watched his BLM vs BLM U would understand
Omg so true
Preach Acho!!
@ which community bred distance in the first place for over 400 years? 🙃
@@ThatSimpleCloset I think you both are talking about white people. Just be blunt, you're not being offensive fyi.
I’ve listened to his channel. He is a truth warrior. The universe will hold him. May he be protected by pure love.
It looks like that's exactly what's happening. his conversation is being embraced and we're more than ready for it.
Dexter dunno which came first. I found (was fed) his “uncomfortable conversations with a black man” on the You. The title was the hook. That’s honest, pure and simple.
amen
@Dexter Emmanuel got his start as an analyst on the Longhorn Networking 2016, and he also worked as an analyst on “Cover Four”, which was a weekly light-hearted analysis of the Dallas Cowboys’ upcoming game. The show was, and still is on the Dallas Cowboys website; although Emmanuel is no longer one of the four host. I will admit I haven’t watched Cover Four much since he left.
Puppet for republicans
Love how Emmanuel Acho broke away from a little ESPN gig to blaze his own path with his show and book. Well done!
He was chosen. There was no breaking away on his accord.
He’s so young but has so much wisdom. It’s always a pleasure to hear his point of view.
Thank you for having an open mind 🙏🏿god bless
Surprisingly very well spoken, I rank him on par with Trevor Noah.
Thank your Africa.
We can send somebody from usa to learn to think and talk
I know. Born in 1990 🤯
His African parents must be a fascinating bunch.🇳🇬
@@noguruespanol Surprisingly? Why is it a surprise that a black African man is well-spoken? Shove your prejudices up …
Please protect this man, need more men like him my God.
Acho needs his own TED talk!
Honestly!
Yes!! And I'm sure he will!
Yeah
He is brilliant. His interviews are incredibly thought provoking.
"Everything that's worth something is birthed through discomfort." I love this. I love how Mr. Acho articulates his ideas so clearly and in an easily digestible way.
I know his parents and they're both PhDs, trust me they're goal pushers and loving kind people
Please, Roslyn Smith would mind to share more of their stories. The Apple they say doesn't fall far from the apple tree.
They raised a good son.
Thanks to all Good parents trying their best!
Man ,the energy this dude brings is top shelf positive, clear, confident, above above average intelligence.I like what he brings to the world. If anyone can figure this very real and serious issue out that has reached its worst level of lack of change that should have been fixed at the minimum the day we saw what occurred in Germany in the 40s .Im embarrassed for our country still had to fight for civil rights 10-20 years after that upto and including to now! I think this guy will get it done! That is what i hope for
You are so right. I truly believe he will get it done. The energy, charisma, genuineness, intelligence, heart, and that smile! Quite literally...WOW!
@@ProudArmyFamily yep he gets you excited with a good feeling inside .God has some great plans for him lets keep up hope and pray we as a country make this right .
@@jamesgross5954 AMEN!
He's really confident and social and talkative, but I've met people like that before that end up being just dicks and egocentric. However this guy channels it in a genuine way you just can't help liking him
I could listen to Emmanuel talk all day, he's absolutely brilliant.....
WOW! This touched my heart, AND my soul. Emmanuel Acho IS going to change the world...truly!
Great interview. Jimmy has a tendency to interrupt his guests and talk over them a bit sometimes, but this time around he didn't not interrupt Emmanuel nor talked over him. Real' cool 💜
Correcto
Gather here if you proud to be Nigerian 🇳🇬 🇳🇬 🇳🇬 🇳🇬 🇳🇬
We are always here
Well said! The conversations aren’t comfortable when you first start to have them but they become comfortable as you continue having them...100% true! Such wisdom 🙌🏽
Why isn't anybody mentioning how gorgeous that blue outfit is?
I seriously need to meet his tailor...🤗
I thought it was a beautiful suit. That belt threw me off though. 😅
IKR!
Because we were too busy listening to the wisdom coming out of his mouth to actually notice🤷🏿
@@lswilcoxon He's the ideal combination of beautiful on the inside and outside, plus presented in nice wrapping!
Emmanuel is brilliant, charming, endearing, loving, charismatic, engaging, and gorgeous inside and out.
What an inspirational man. Love from India❤️🇮🇳
Thanks India 🇮🇳.
I’ve watched a few of his conversations on RUclips, and they’re really thought provoking.
The fact I had to pause for a moment when he said “right hand woman” because it sounded “foreign” I think shows not only does society have more work to do on inclusiveness and diversity, but also myself. Learning moment for sure.
"You can look beyond your differences, religion, races because you are fighting a common enemy"
This man is a literal living legend
I’m gonna read this book ✊🏽 thank u
HAPPY Birthday Acho🤜🏾🤛🏾
Great interview. Emmanuel Acho deserves the accolades that he is receiving for his efforts! It is amazing how his notoriety on this matter happened somewhat spontaneously, and I hope he continues to do this. I personally have learned a lot from him!
Love his energy
his laugh, personality, excitement, humility, confidence... warms my heart so much. much love
His genuine authenticity is what will make his goals truly achievable, amazing to see.
Thank you for your continuous love and support 💕
This dude is going places. I love that he started this; and my prayer is ALL Americans will embrace the concept of getting to know each other regardless of skin color, race and culture differences. The division has to stop. Speaking to myself first.
Emmanuel Acho is a godsend in these times. We need more people like him!!!
Yessss Emanuel, you've come so far, I hope this gives u the boost u deserve and helps show the world how to become united, breaking free from racial indifference.
What a beautiful soul! He exudes warmth & openness & laughter comes easily to him. A truly remarkable individual indeed.
Thank you for your continuous love and support 💕
I couldn’t stop listening to him! He’s legit! Buying the book!
This interview was so insightful 💙 thank you Emmanuel!
Possible Nobel Peace Prize? ☮️ ❤️☮️
Nah
Thank you for your continuous love and support 💕
I’m been watching Emmanuel since his first video! I Love 💕 Learning! ✌🏻 ✌🏻 ✌🏻
Love this guy!!! Acho, you truly are wonderful! Keep it up, WE ARE WATCHING AND LISTENING AND LOVING IT!!! Thanks JKS for having him on!!!
"Everything is life that is worth something is birthed through discomfort".. Great words..
I LOVE Emmanuel!!!!!!! "I submit" is my favorite thing he says. I'll just call you Emmanuel because I just can't do the "tongue click" Much to my mothers disgust in butchering swear words in Polish. lol
Thank you for your continuous love and support 💕
I could listen to him all day. He’s so articulate ad eloquent.
Love his channel. So very informative and even though I think of myself as all inclusive, there has been quite a lot I learned. It’s Incredible how conditioned we are as a society and the discomfort to learn and change is rewarding. Being a person of color is not a choice, ignorance is. May he continued to be blessed and keep this going!
7:57 That’s some new motivation for me
Seriously one of the best interviews I've seen in such a long time. Thank you Jimmy, thank you Emmanuel, thank you Oprah:)))!
This was a great conversation. I'm glad Jimmy asked the questions that he did, added the comedy at perfect times, and Emmanuel answered directly and well. Can't wait for more convos like this.
this man is wonderful. i just ordered the book on B&N and can't wait to start reading it, and yes, kelvinhbo, that outfit looks really good on him
He’s so well spoken. I’ve watched all his interviews and I’m touched with every video💝
If you haven't seen his channel please check it out. He's bringing very important topics that everyone should discuss.
I agree! The topic is SO important and he does a fantastic job having a different angle with each episode. I was thrilled to see him get a book deal, but I hope the videos continue too. All formats need to be saturated with his message for maximum accessibility to everyone. Younger generations tend to get their info and entertainment from RUclips, so it is important to keep in touch with them. They are the hope of the future!
@@maryroberts589 I couldn't agree with you more🙏🏽
Fantastic,..thank you for bringing this book to our attention Jimmy. Greetings from Newfoundland!
What a man what a man what a mighty good man God bless you Emmanuel
good work Acho hope to meet you one day inspire
I've been binging his RUclips and sharing the videos on Facebook for my close-minded family to see lol I love how he speaks. He constantly sounds like he's preaching. Plus he really makes you feel heard when he says someone's name before responding to them or saying, "you know, that's a really good question and I'll answer it like this." Amazing. His conversations are so eye-opening too. I love evolving and growing. I consider myself to be completely open-minded. I'm incredibly accepting of everyone and I love diversity, I always try to learn new things about what's going on in the world or about cultural differences-- his videos have continued to teach me things I never really thought of or have expanded on topics I hadn't before. I consider myself to be a fan of his now. He's a great guy and he deserves all the recognition he's getting. I'd love to have that book lol
To say thank you just isn't enough, but I do. You are doing so much more than just "anything" and it is truly appreciated.
Happy Belated Birthday Emmanuel! Your conversations have been brilliant and I can't wait to read your book!!
I love his energy!!
Am I free? For Oprah?
His unapologetic intelligence and peaceful MLK spirit is contagious. Just seems like an overall good person to be around.
This guy is great!!
I get what he says about culture AND color. I was not raised in America but came as a teen, lived among Hispanic immigrants, went to an all White college, and have been immersed in black culture thru friends and work as a teacher. I just finished watching his show and loved his genuineness.
He is amazing! Great talk.
His laugh at the end there just made me smile, what a positive guy🥰
👍🏾
Bro, this dude is incredibly well spoken. His parents better be proud.
It's kinda racist to say how well spoken you think a black person is. I know you didnt or at least I think you didnt mean to be offensive but it was. Have you ever heard anyone say that to a wht person before? I haven't.
What a weird comment to make
Why wouldn’t he be well spoken?
@@jennifergraham23 maybe because he was in the nfl? I’m not justifying by any means. My point is, listening to professional athletes in the USA is sometimes painful. The school systems push these athletes through and forget about the student part of the equation. I’m not sure if I’m getting my thoughts across right now.
@@dariangregory6182 Interesting. This man saw another human being and gave him a nice innocent compliment and you took it the wrong way bc you saw a black person where as he just saw a person. Hmmm.
Also People say that about white people all the time but you heard that on tv and thought it sounded nice
The way he speaks is so passionately. 🥰
This man is so intelligent, eloquent and logical. Looking forward to reading this book!
Acho has such class, integrity, and empathy when he speaks in is interviews I have a lot I can learn from him.
I’ve watched every single one of his videos and they are so amazing and everything he said was just everyone I needed to learn and heard
06:07 to 07:13 Couldn't have said it any better. 👑🙏☑️Thank you.
Amen so love that us against oppression and discrimination. Thank you for what you do
I really enjoyed this conversation Jimmy! . Keep it going, bless up livestrong xoxo

Damn...this guy is so good
He speaks like a preacher...a very talented man!
God bless Emmanuel
He has wisdom and I Love His heart. He does a lot with the youth in Chicago with the organization that I serve with as well. He is the Real Deal!!
He is so wise
Acho’s got some wise words and really knows what he’s talking about, salute to the brother!
I love this guy and all his videos ❤️
God he is so well spoken and intentional with his words..and they flow so eloquently.
A whole lot of wisdom coming out of a 30-year old.
What a gentleman! It would be interesting to understand his upbringing and Nigerian roots. Nigerian family life ethos seems to create a successful mindset - keen to understand more!
Is Trump out of the WH yet?
@OG Steele 😂😂😃
@OG Steele 😂😂😂
"Proximity breeds care. Distance breeds fear". Word.
Mr. Acho, a “young man,” that has so much to give, and potentially, equipped.
Now, he sounds, years beyond his age of being 30 on Tuesday, April 6, 2021.
