Thanks for this video. My mom has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in her knee. Does that come under the heading of TMS? I've never seen it mentioned. If it is, I know the "bone on bone" diagnosis is going to make it difficult to convince her. Thanks for your help.
I've recently been getting this too. Pain at the start of workout - and sometime after the workout too. But during the workout, no pain at all. Unless I of course don't have any correct form. No pain whilst sitting behind a PC getting dopamine, but hurts when I think about the elbows again.
My ankles have been swollen after I had gotten rid of my TMS that presented as sciatica. I tried to reread Dr. Sarno’s book, but he said that swelling doesn’t count with TMS. I’ve been struggling with this since now I’m exhibiting swollen ankles. All I did was implement running into my cardio routine. I used to believe the doctors when they said running is bad for your knees. In early May, I had climbed a hard trail on a mountain and I was fine the next day. If my ankles could handle a 12 mile hike up a steep mountain, they definitely can handle a 2 mile run! I know it’s TMS even though I’m seeing swelling.
The symptom inperactive sucks. My leg pain was getting better now my fore arms hurts. My hands hurts and My thumb clicks. I know it's TMS but still it's anoying it comes and goes. I fight it i draw i use My hands and i don't let that the symptom overtake My life but still it's hurting me :(( i
What about idiopathic adhesive capsulitis leading to frozen shoulder? I've been struggling with it for 6 months in left shoulder and the pain is horrific. No injuries involved.
Thanks for sharing John, very helpful. I'm glad you got rid of the pain! 🙏
Thanks Kathleen. Hope you are doing well.

You welcome Ann. Glad you got something out of it.

Sorry for the delayed response Thisjs. It probably is TMS
@@thorn421 No need to apologize m8. I'm not entitled to your time.

Your are correct Ellie. I don't remember Sarno saying swelling was not TMS but he wasn't perfect.

No brainer Bailey. That sounds exactly like TMS.
