Very nice and explanatory video. I appreciate you taking the time make one. Did your lift come with a limit switch? On mine you can actually go up high enough that you jam the crimped cable end into the pulley.
Almost bought that lift , but realized the floorplate would be in the way for a trans jack. Otherwise a good lift for lower ceilings , but not sure its enough for diesel trucks since its not ALI certified to 9K
just put one up and found as you did, the base plate is not 13 1/2 wide it's more like 14 1/2 ,the distance between the plates is also wrong, TG we placed the plate down before drilling for the second post as the hose wouldn't have fit,
How wide of a vehicle can you pull through this lift? I would like to install one but it’s in my building I keep my camper in. It’s 8’ wide so hopefully it’s a fair amount wider? I am having trouble getting information. I’ll call some companies this week, thanks

Nice job, but do not use tape on hydraulic fitting.
