Is the exhaust and intake sensor the same part? Or are there two different sensors?

Hi. How do I know if it is crankshaft sensor or it is a camshaft sensor that is the problem? I don’t have any error codes using the diagnostic tool. It is a Kia Rio (JB) 1,4 2006. Battery and starter is ok. My car does not want to start and after several times of trying and little bit waiting it starts. Sometimes when I drive I feel it loses sometimes the electricity as if there is a small power failure. I hope you can help? Thanks. Greetings from Denmark.
