recom 1st phase marluxia is an underated boss music and visual wise.
his effects are eye candy.
For real! I always forget about it because of the spectacle of his second and third phases but this first one is so good!

I nickname the revenant that stands behind Marluxia in the second and third phase Mirage Strelitzia. Speaking of which, flowers are associated with death in Japan, aside from the color white. Sakura and spider lilies are the prime examples since they represent the deceased; while sakura buds grow in April, spider lilies grow in September and are more of a parasitic force(thank Silent Hill F for that). Makes sense with Marly because his English VA Keith Ferguson also played as Reaper in Overwatch, as well as his color being pink(as in sakura petals) because too much pink energy is dangerous. Kinda made people think that he was a girl at first(even though Marluxia was originally female early on in KHCoM's development).

1:18 This attack actually changes as he gets lower health! Once it's low enough, he'll add a horizontal slash and then a downward slam that summons a pillar of magic!
2:50 - this is now one of my favorite attacks from the series. Such beauty, and it fits so well with Marly

Ive seen someone dominant this battle marluxia is my favorite villian They put everything into The Organization 13 back then but specially when it came to him can say He Pretty Much gave the sensei feel of this game
