GUYS OKAY SO I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY LAPTOP IN A WHILE.
My laptop is Toshiba and I already loss hope for my keyoard. I tried the "Fn+F11/NumLock/Ins" the uninstalling the keyboard and everything bUT THERE WAS THIS OTHER BUTTON I DIDNT NOTICE. I pressed that "AltGR" button on my laptop then BAM fixed

+ProSaint there was an "ALTGR" button on my laptop. and i learned that was the button that caused my problem. Are you using windows 8? or 10 or something?

Its just the battery on your keyboard died. You need new batteries. (Worked for me and solved it myself)
