You look good on camera, you can talk, you can edit videos, you're good with softwares, that's cool! You could use these skills for so so many purposes. So I take this 10 minutes from my morning and give you some feedback. For me, this is yet another video letting us know some cool tricks how to squeeze money from people, how to work less and be rich, so it's a little disappointing. I can relate to your intro, how local business owners don't really care about the fancy web dev talks that we give, thanks for your advices, but I personally wouldn't recommend your way to anyone. It's the typical quantity over quality approach and automated spam generation for the hope of that big money. The message seems so made up and even though you save their names and links in variables, that doesn't make it personal, still a typical spam massage that I get all the time, and the promise of a website by clicking a link.. is it just me who gets suspicious by links from random messages? I live in a small city, and what I believe in is the hard way: be a friendly person wherever you go, talk to the people while you are "consuming", understand their needs, and approach them IN PERSON. Say: Hey, I like what you do (your pancakes, your restaurant, your service whatever that is), just wanted to say thank you, your business is one that I care about. So please, whenever you face a web related problem to solve, let me help you out, I'm a developer, here's my number. And of course have a solid portfolio at hand to showcase as they approach you. That builds trust, in the era of deep fakes. And trust means long standing freelance businesses. Its not like an embeeded function, just a custom-made button
If i am being honest your selling yourself short on the template option. They are not paying for the website they are paying for your time and expertise witch should go at a premium. The jump from 150 to 5k is really big. Where as if you charge lets say 1-1.5k then the psychological jump is fare less. Your customers don't need to know this is something you can easily do. They are not in the tech business and they got money so let them pay. You risk being seen as a low value service because of your pricing. I know its not logical but i am telling you thats how people think. Also you offer a great service to those businesses it should be more expensive to part of your program. Please stop thinking like an employee and start thinking like a greedy value providing business owner. I hate when people sell them self short.

In the UK in a small city like I live in, a roofing contractor will not pay for a website, let alone £100+. I know you'll say I'm not showing them value etc etc, but the truth is, they genuinely don't need one. It's a country of small enough cities that these guys get more than enough work through recommendations. Sure, you might find the odd ambitious roofer who wants to scale, employ staff, and be the best in the city, but for 90% of these businesses, they're busy, earning good money by themselves. I've been trying to sell to local trades for a year now and getting nowhere.
Rather than trades who are not ambitious (according to your own words of your local trades people) go after a super ambitious niche: loudmouth lawyers. Seriously, switch niche asap if those current guys are too small minded to aspire to scale their businesses!
