The only hype of the built bars is that you tubers are being paid to push them on viewers… I’m glad you genuinely provided your opinion on them…
Yeah definitely some youtubers may do that! But I believe most youtubers (I hope anyway) only choose to promote brands they truly like and enjoy- that’s what I try to do and I know my friends from RUclips do as well!
But yes I’ll always definitely give my very honest review ☺️

When the email alert sounded it gave ME anxiety lmao and it wasn't even my work computer! So I totally felt it when you said it gives you anxiety. I really liked seeing a detailed look into your typical work day. I've been doing a similar thing with my phone. I'll often work downstairs and leave it upstairs, cause then I'd have to walk "all the way up the stairs" lol just to check it, or I'll at least have it in a different room. Then like you said maybe once an hour or so I'll check, and usually it's eventually not even that because I stop thinking about it. Overall there were definitely more distractions in the office for sure! (I live alone though which has helped)
Hahaha yes I always get anxiety when it goes off 😂 thank you for letting me know you like videos like these 🥰 that’s a good idea! I kind of wish I had stairs now hahaha I find I’m on my phone a lot more on days I post videos because I like to respond to comments 🤪 but definitely had more distractions in my old office!
@@SelenaTrevino maybe it would help to schedule time to respond to comments to like you would for editing vids? It might get easier that way too as your channel grows to get too overwhelmed by comments :)

I love the coconut flavor built bars, they taste like almond joys also the cherry one is really good too. those are my favorite ones.

Hi Selena ... I don't know how you can work on the laptop and watch TV. I remember when I bought a laptop and the next day I returned it because I was frustrated. I prefer to have my desk with my PC and all the essentials to work well, concentrate and everything else. Depende del estilo de trabajar de cada persona. I use HP! I have it linked, along with my entire WFH set up, in my Amazon storefront in the description box! And yes I definitely recommend it for work-from-home! It’s been sooo good!

Yes it’s comfy! In my “desk set up” video I specify where everything is from hehe but I got it from IKEA :)
Built bars are so overhyped! I tried them like 4 years ago and then again a year ago and they just never were as good as everyone made them seem. Plus mine spoiled super quick and got moldy. BUUUUT I would recommend trying barebells bars! They sell them at Trader Joe’s but also on Amazon! Loved this style vlog by the way!

Selena, do you have any tips or tricks for coming up with content? I always record but every time I edit, I feel like the video isn't good enough so I never upload :/
Yes!! I’d say think about the video you enjoy watching most: do you enjoy day in my life videos? WFH vlogs? What I eat in a day? House decor videos? Whatever you enjoy watching, is likely what you’ll enjoy creating!
2. I encourage you to simply start uploading consistently. Whether it’s 1 video a week (that’s how I started) or 2 videos a week (what I aim for now) consistency will help you grow, both on RUclips and as a creator!
3. Make a list of any and all ideas and keep a running list on your notes or (I use Asana, and i love it!!).
4. Then plan a week to 3 weeks ahead of content that you can film based upon what’s going on in your life.
5. Try your best to add value to your videos/vlogs where you can. For example I may do a vlog but also make the overall theme “productive” and provide tips for productivity.
Or maybe a weekend in my life or a chill day and the take away can be self care or to take care of yourself, etc. -adding a theme to a vlog makes it come together more fluidly!

I've too have tried Built bars! I was pretty excited about them at first...until I tasted them. Too sweet for me. Then again maybe I chose the wrong flavors, idk. Do you have any flavor you suggest from Built bars?

I was wondering if your work has any plans of going back to the office eventually? We started going last month with some restrictions of course and we are not in office everyday but it is great going back so I was wondering how it is for you, or you will stay at home ?
No not as of yet :/ I will be staying home for the foreseeable future 😩

Realllly depends on what you want to do, sooo many different careers for economists. I would advise you look up jobs available in cities you want to work at and look at their descriptions under "qualifications" and especially under "desired qualifications/skills"-- then just try to do what you can to learn/gain experience in those skills!
