    INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS.
    Chicken mince: 1 bowl (dry, without water)
    Thick curd: 1 tablespoon
    Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
    Raw chili: 1-2 raw green or red chili
    Fried onion: 1/4 cup (crushed)
    Salt: 1 teaspoon
    Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon
    Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
    Kutilal (chili powder): 1/2 teaspoon
    Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
    Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
    Ghee (clarified butter): 1 tablespoon (butter can be used as an alternative)
    Chopped garlic: Some
    Gram flour: 3-4 teaspoons
    Process:
    In a bowl, place the dry chicken mince. Add thick curd, ginger garlic paste, raw chili, crushed fried onion, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, kutilal chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, ghee (or butter), chopped garlic, and gram flour to the bowl.
