I remember panic attacks - about 30 years ago, I was quite young and had been through an enormous amount of stress. I Remember how horrid they were, always seemed to happen in the car and I could feel them coming on, but could not stop them. I became scared of driving or going anywhere, after 3 weeks work called me and offered for someone to drive me there and keep me company. They went eventually, but they were incredibly frightening. Doctors at the time were very dismissive.

I'm glad they went away for you. They are really horrible!

If you would not have told me that you have touretts, i would not even lift an eye.
Challanges changes a man, but you can't create diamonds without pressure.
I am sure that the old Peter were living on borrowed time, one can only postpone sorrow and keep busy for a certain amount of time.
New Peter is battle scared but experienced and now you are sharing your story with us, you have done a great job and come along way.
