    Good advice here.
    Yale is one of the few law schools still worth attending.

      That is a relief I am 47, properly too old, I will try SOM MBA, went to UIUC with 3.5 GPA, too low for Yale but I heard Yale takes the GRE where I scored high 330s on practice exams. Oh yes, I work as a real estate entrepreneur.

      Well geez that explains why they rejected me. Plus my gpa was only 3.3. I wound up at Georgetown law instead, and that has made all the difference.

    I have two questions. My first question is will Yale care about the college you attended before? Also, my other question is if you’re already in college will Yale look if you’re in clubs or sports?

    • @digestmymind
      @digestmymind 4 года назад +8

      They won't care what college you attended. Only your grades. They can see if you're in clubs or sports, having those might make you more interesting, but for the most part it doesn't matter.

    • @aalegalfocus
      @aalegalfocus 3 года назад +1

      Yes to both. A high gpa at Princeton would be more impressive than a 3.8 at Georgia State.

    • @banardadams8776
      @banardadams8776 3 года назад +2

      @@digestmymind Not true one thing about law school is they do care what college you went to. Like the person above me said, a degree from Princeton is much more prestigious than one from your typical state school. Doesn’t mean that you can’t get in from any school, but yes they do care which college you went to.
