About 8 years ago, my wife and I were walking west on that part of the shore and a rather aggressive behaving dog was approaching us. Its owner did nothing to bring it under control. Guessing from which house the man came from - I "google-earthed" the location - he must be one very, very rich dude... although not too friendly.
