Hi, Could you please specify which cycle rack you purchased please, Interested that you can lower it to open the rear doors with the bikes sill attached
Hi Trev. Only just seen your comment. The cycle rack is an Atera. Three bike model that does allow the rack to telescope down in an arc and does allow you to open the rear doors. They also do a conventional tipping model for cars. They look similar but the one you want is £100 more and you have to be careful to make sure it is locked properly in the home position!
@@rogertitley9142 Hi Roger, Many thanks for the reply, it is really difficult trying to sort out which rack gives door clearance, so your reply was invaluable, looks like the Altera 3 cycle holder - Thanks
Just make sure you go for the one with the arched telescopic slide. At first site the tilting one looks similar! Fixing onto the tow ball takes some getting used to, it's tempting to over tighten it and you have to make sure it is in the locked up position. I found out by experience. Embarrasing! Otherwise it's great and quick to mount the bikes. Plenty of tips on youtube. Good luck.
Useful review and found why my oven controls get very warm cheers👍👍👍
Enjoyed your video immensely.
