Classical and Metal go hand-in-hand. Wagner was arguably an early pioneer of heavy metal with his dramatic use of an orchestra. You need only look as far as Metallica's team-up with the San Fran Symphony Orchestra, or indeed their collaboration with Lang Lang, to note how beautifully the two are married.
Don't forget Neo-classical shredders like Yngwie Malmsteen, Tony MacAlpine, Paul Gilbert etc.
It would be sin not to take this oportunity and mention Finish Waltari with their album Yeah! Yeah! Die! Die!..Death Metal Symphony in Deep C

Clearly you're all wonderfully talented, but the arrangement by the school band who did this was really superior - much more energy build. This felt quite flat. For what its worth i'd consider switching to that.
