She ask him a gotcha and he failed. What’s the most common mistake? NOT PUSHING THE BUTTON TO THE RIGHT! What happens if you forget. I was able to remove the plug without pressing the release button and now I am getting a red LED status when I plug it back in!
just bought C40 and so far love it. One weak point is I cannot find a owners manual on line and have to use car screen to view -seems like it should be available at reasonable cost to owners, any ideas. thanks
Can't we use the charging cable with L2 adapter that comes with the C40 to charge the car normally? Is it not recommended to use that charging cable often?
Do you have to unlock your cars before removing the charger? I tried removing the charging port after pressing the release button but the flight flashed green then flash red and I couldn’t remove the port.

When plugged into a level 1 3 pin home plug and a level 2 32amp charger the display still only shows level 1
