I wonder if the disintegrations happened in all areas at once, or if it was slightly staggered.
My head-canon (though probably wrong I admit) is that when Thanos clicked his fingers the stones tried fighting back which is why is is staggered, it would also explain how all the original avengers survived (the time stone realised that the one timeline where they stop him is the one where all the original avengers survive and told the other stones that).
If there are is anything that disproves this tell me please and I will see if I can think of another theory that cannot be disproved :)

Remember that scene in the first ant-man movie in which ant-man fights yellowjacket in the briefcase? He steps on an iphone while saying "i'm gonna disintegrate you!" and Siri starts playing the song "Disintegration" by the cure. Knowing Marvel that was probably a hint to what's gonna happen.
Also other videos before the movie came out also says who's gonna be in infinity war.

If it's early morning on the Ant Man scene, it could be late afternoon on Wakanda.

Bruce Lee Who said the people in California didn’t get the news? It’s possible that Scott, Hank & Hope didn’t get the news of what happened in NY because they were dealing with their own problems. Plus, it only lasted like a few minutes.

Scott getting his ankle monitor removed happens the morning of The first strike.
The tunnel happens the next morning.
Maybe Pym rushed the portable tunnel all day as he worked on it. It wouldn't be uncommon for him to ignore The Avengers ongoing. Plus to them it looks like they repelled the threat
Also The Wanda walk happens around 4 am Scotland time (sunrise as they board Quinjet). The Quinjet is variable of Mach 11, (exit velocity from greater than 50,000' shown on AoS Season 3) The Avengers in Scotland. 5 hours ahead.
New York by the next morning to Avengers facility.
The night cleanup news report is the one Wanna watches except Mack sees the second half of it. They end/start with the same line. It took them longer to find Vision.
As The Avengers arrive in New York at probably the same they left Scotland, as they would fly below supersonic to avoid detection roughly 650mph, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. head for Chicago.
They then book it to Wakanda at full speed arriving in 90 minutes tops because the world is at risk.
Arriving at roughly 5pm Wakanda time sunset happens at 7
At 5pm Wakanda time its 4am in San Francisco.
Scott spent the first day with his family he gets off house arrest at the moment Iron Man gets attacked roughly 7am the day before.
He could have gone a whole day without the news.
One of the 3 or maybe all 3 Pym's definitely knew but probably wouldn't tell Scott since his dumbass would probably run to Cap's side completely violating the Accords in a very public way. Which they did not do at the edge of the ocean.
Everyone gets snapped as Wakanda's sun sets.

The events happen over the course of at most 36 hours.

Fun fact, the movie was originally going to end with Thanos snapping his fingers. But the directors thought it would be too much of a cliff hanger so they settled with the ending that we know.

I think its because of this. When Banner called Steve, he was with Falcon and Widow and they were about to check in with Wanda, as together they're wondering the world together, which they have been since the end of Civil War, with Wanda splintering off and having meetings with Vision during these adventures. However, some point after Civil War, Hawkeye and Ant-Man decided to surrender to Ross so they would be put on house arrest to spend time with their families. Seeing as how they're both under house arrest, they would have 0 contact with Cap and his crew. So when Nat tells Bruce that Clint and Scott are on house arrest instead of with them, that's not untrue because its the last she's heard from either of them, because if they were in constant communication with them, Ross would be able to fine them and arrest them. I do believe Infinity War and Ant-Man and the Wasp take place at the same time, but as Scott was getting off house arrest, he still had no way of contacting Cap, a wanted fugitive, especially since it would jeopardise his probabtion. Also, Scott was a lil occupied with his own movies events, thats why he couldn't come help Thanos
I agree with everything you said, except that I think both post-credits scenes from Ant-Man and the Wasp actually happen at the same time as Infinity War, while the rest of the film might have taken place a couple days/weeks before it.
I couldn't concentrate on all 4 scenes at once, but that syncing at the end was glorious.
The one line from Scott that would have broke my heart in two after he realised Thanos did the snap would have been...

Ambi Dextrose I think it feels different because in the movie the whole snap scene was drawn out to show multiple sides, so you get used to it after a bit. It feels like they take longer to disappear. Here, you're seeing different accounts of the snap happening at the same time in different parts of the universe, cutting it down to a short 1 minute++ so you're really getting a feel of the true magnitude of it.

The New York invasion probably lasted less than 20 min and you can't get from San Francisco to New York in that amount of time,so even if they did hear about it they wouldn't have been able to make it.Nobody knew where Tony or Peter went when they hopped on the aircraft,so how would Antman and the Wasp know they were on Titan.The whole Battle of Wakanda was a secret meaning no outsiders knew about it.Antman and the Wasp probably thought the invasion was handled by Tony when he went on the ship and decided to focus on their own things because they had know idea about all the different battles going on or the situation of trying to stop Thanos from getting all the Infinity Stones.

In the Ant-Man scene kind of bothers me a little a little bit because there's not a lot of chaos going on on that building know nothing around them so I think the moments happened before the snap

I thought the new Captain Marvel movie was set in the 90's. If that's the case none of the disintegrations would of happened yet?
there might be a post credit scene or mid credit scene showing some of Captain Marvel's friends disintegrating, or/and her finding the distress signal to set up Avengers 4.
Captain Marvel is set in the 90's, so there wouldn't be any disintegration happening, since it takes place before Thanos snaps his fingers.

But what I’m referring to is a mid-credits or after credits scene where it shows her in present time, either in space or wherever, and just as people around her start to disintegrate she gets the SOS message from Fury’s super long distance beeper.
