  • Textbook adoption is not the first step in transforming your local educational agency’s mathematics program. The work that happens before the screening, piloting, and selection process is crucial for successful implementation and growth in math. In this webinar, experts from the California Department of Education and the Santa Barbara County Education Office, will share an overview of the 2023 CA Mathematics Framework along with and some of the important elements. The framework is an incredible resource to guide professional learning and develop the LEA’s vision for a high-quality math program. This webinar will orient board members to some of the important research and considerations to support the LEA’s preparedness for instructional material adoptions.
