    Third week of OMAD fasting! And it started out rough, but I adapted and did the best I can!

    I don't know, I just really like your vlogs. they're soothing for some reason. you're so relatable, unlike those vloggers that are all made up and posed in front of their cameras trying to be perfect all the time. this is real life and so refreshing to see. you're amazing.

    I am back to omad myself... and I am pretty good except, surprise, suprise, when it's the holidays. For Thanksgiving and for the last day of hanukkah I told myself. (6 hour window only for turkey days) for the last night Hanukkah (1 hour window!) . Yeah...well, that 6 hour was filled with junk. Kept my window but my planned "food" went off plan. Hanukkah? The 8th night I went 2 hours. I also have to learn to not be hard on myself. Usually when this happens, I completely jump ship, consider myself a failure. It used to be I'm fully committed or not at all. Now i have to change and be ok with myself when I go off plan/ off time and just get right back on. so today, getting right back on the ship. It hasn't sailed away. Still in port. I just have to get on! Thanks for being real.

    Relatable, inspiring, enjoyable!! Love 💘 your vlogs and I always wait until the right time to watch them so I can enjoy them. My program at work changed so l was stressed and got off my IF but now that things are 🏃 smoothly not only am I back to healthy but I've graduated to OMAD and yes 'freeing' is definitely the word!! It's 6:30 am where I am right now and on my way to gym for warm up then tennis 🎾 Keep inspiring us, keep your other half, New York City, ever present in your vlogs!!👍❤️!!

    I love your vlogs! I've been looking for this style of OMAD vlogs for 3 days straight and i finally found you! lol i cant believe more people dont do this (if youre reading this and know other vloggers who do please drop their name so i can check them out) anyway, im currently working on a 14 day OMAD video because i thought i was the only one that wanted to follow a weekly OMAD journey lol but screw that, im going with what i wanted because you have inspired me to do so. :)

    OOoo cute necklace! I need to find a friend with a hot tub and pool an epically huge snack spread. For now, I'll settle for being that friend to myself, only my hot tub is going to have to be an actual tub and my snack spread might be a bit scant Lol. You are killin the game, girl and something special is coming up wink* wink* Wishing you the happiest month yet! This year I celebrated my birthday in a healthier state than I was in last year and it felt absolutely amazing. It was a huge accomplishment for me. As always, it's great to see you 😊

    Start including a teaspoon a day of Braggs with the mother apple cider vinegar - in 8 oz of water - 1/2 hour before your meals. Gradually work your way up to a tablespoon. Drink through a straw don’t let the cider touch your teeth. Trust me, ACV is a game changer! :)

      I tried this for the first time today 30 minutes before i was ending a 22 hr fast (doing OMAD) i was perfectly fine before taking the ACV but afterwards i was soooo hungry, i thought my stomach was going to eat itself. It was not a good feeling. Im going to keep doing it but not looking forward to that feeling again. Im hoping it goes away as my body gets use to it.

    Love NYC my best friend lives there, I actually doing pretty good. Except for not working out like I should. I think it was being in fires the smoke so im slowly getting back but I see big difference in my weight loss.

    Hello 😁 everyone I know tells me, "You should eat. Not eating is bad for you." I feel bad for them because they don't yet know about the beautiful benefits of fasting. I just ended a 48 hour fast and I feel amazing! 😁 I love your videos!!!

    Be prepared to get like 100k followers. Lol. Every time I find an awesome RUclipsr, they blow up. It’s strange I know, but you’ll see. ❤️ I lost 20lbs just by cutting my meals in half, cutting dairy out, drinking a gallon of water a day, and walking/jogging for an hour a day 5 days a week. The struggle to be healthy is so real.

    I get cravings, too, during that certain time of the month 😓. They just come out of nowhere! I say indulge them but do it with healthier alternatives. Like something organic with less preservatives, etc. I love the larabars (the cashew cookie)- Omg taste amazing and only two ingredients (cashew and dates!). Also, if I want something crunchy or salty like potato chips, I get the organic kind. I think it does make a difference. Because at least you are putting less chemicals into your body with the organic version. Or organic pickles. I feel physically less crappy if its organic. Love your vlogs. So inspiring. Keep ‘em coming! 🤗♥️🌷

    Make it a dry fast. The liquid drinking is the problem. Take super quick showers.
    Fast 22 hours dry. Eat 2 hours.
    Your life will change. They don’t promote dry fasts because it works. It heals all. You will not be let down. You are a sweet soul. You will win.

    Pls try 2mad .... to meals a day . It sooooo kuch easier . Make the meals Healthy But if you have a craving eat it with the second meal

    For weight loss , couldn’t you use metformin just for a bit to cut down faster and then get off of it and incorporate gym time ?
    I know competitors do this well some women for body building .
    And still do omad , supplement on b12 to make sure you don’t ever develop neuropathy.
    Idk honestly I experiment a lot .
